just wondering if you ever watch The Blooms at Ruyi Pavilion? Also a Ju Jingyi drama. That was my first period drama and I become numb of this kind of "gege girl" since then HAHAHAHHAHA everytime I saw her face I can hear her voice saying "Su Wang Gege" (ML name) LOL JUST SHARING THO and this drama ride is even crazier.

Toem's story is really interesting. And when kakarayan said the one she want to protect is the one he one to protect too, is that refer to Orad or Tien Ti? This still left me confused actually.

Finished this in 3 days! What a ride for my brain. Like all the twist was in a way so unexpected for me and the ending? WOAH WHAT A WAY TO END A DRAMA. but loving how there's no evil characters or annoying second lead. The main lead is cute together too <3333

Agreee I've never watch XYL's works before but I saw some pictures and he's pretty good looking but here the style just don't suit him, I mean even the characters I think. But since this is low budget anyway we can't complaint much :)

Tbh, I do agree with some of your point like from the start I don't really know why Sifeng like xuanji to the core even from the heavenly realms. That's one point because this drama put more focus on male lead suffering and love rather than female lead growth. For me, I pity Xuanji's character because of how she was used from the start but her laziness is questionable and the reason she only succeed when Hao Chen help her show it already where the writer want to go. As for blood spitting things, I don't think much about it lol. I understand why we love alp more, at least there's no misunderstanding of them cause by other characters. BUTTTT if you ask me, I still love Xuanji and don't blame her much because SIFENG AND HER NEVER COMMUNICATE and always keep everything from her in the name of protection hurm. Anyways yess Chengyi and Li Hongyi do have resemblance hahahahaha

Keep up if I'm not mistaken more conflicts will come between them after ep 30 or smth, I forgot. I do love alp more but this is interesting too! And yeah sifeng is just to damn nice to xuanji. Some people do said she actually have the sense but she don't really know how to control/understand it anyways. But really keep watching to see the twist and turn and hou chen's craziness.

I give full scores for their acting and chemistry! Really cute pairing hehehe. But for story telling I'm confused like half of the drama. Although it got resolve. Time travel is really hard drama to pull off so I don't expect much with the amount of eps and duration. Wish to see them again.

I like her smile tho but if you really want a non-smiley version of her you need to surpassed ep 16. A Houchi version is total different.
