I watched episode 1-19 when it was airing, but just recently finished the rest... that maybe why the second half of the drama hit harder for me because I binged it

• In typical kdrama fashion, everything major happens in the last four episodes which usually makes for a rushed ending • I know her father's disease made his mind not there at anytime, but I wished the PM (and maybe his kids too) with with NDJ when he passed...it was nice how it was with just them but it was so quick to me, I could have used more time with him • I like the storyline where the mom isn't actually dead but I wanted to see if she lived her like with kang soo ho or not, I wanted more info on them.. • I liked that Chief Seo became PM, very becoming for her • I'm glad that Park Joon Ki became amicable with his wife, she deserved it and maybe better • I get that PJK hated PM because of his sister but the switch up was so fast once he found out she was alive • And finally I wished we could have seen NDJ with the kids again, and I wanted to see them live their lived together again

I'll start with that I'm easy to please, but here's my thoughts! SPOILERS
it was great, but could have been better • WYS (handsome) and SYR both do their respective role types well • The chemistry was good for me • I actually like when he was a "fool" because I liked seeing her fall for him for him, not his looks or status • The pace was good for me • Until episode 20, then it was like a wheel going downhill ( too much too fast) • EVERYTHING happens in the last 6(really 7) episodes • Infanta was useless to the story for me • We find out RYs uncle was the bad guy so she begins to distance herself from him (which I get) but then she seemingly takes a step towards revenge (burning down the star hall, which she did for the grand scheme of things not just for revenge) RY divorces her and basically turns his back on her... • Also he was faking being a "fool" towards the end but the minute he decides to be "normal " again, his attitude is different. • THEN we haven't seen or heard from her senior brother then BAM! Going to literal war because he is jealous and doesn't understand why his meimei loves RY and not him • After RY gets extremely hurt and she can save him, but only with hir vitality • And he had the audacity to stop looking for her( he started to again, but then why stop) • Finds out she is withered from saving him and also PREGNANT • asks her master to save her and his child...which is when we find out that she is actually his mother?! • Master saves her and baby, but separates them and RY • Go to the sequel (which is the 27th episode-_-) then we see years pass and their daught grew up and runs into her father and then the parents see each other and then happily ever after... • I love a good pregnancy after all the hardships, but I want sustenance • I want to see their lives together after they reunite • I love seeing their love from before, I wanted to see even more • In the ending episodes, everything happened too fast for my liking but it wasn't the worst • As I said it was great, but could have been better
