Loved every second of this. Warning: Be ready to get attached to this cast and bring some tissues. You will shed tears from laughing a lot and crying a bit.
All I have to say is that when I started watching this show for Zhou Keyu I did not expect to like it as much as I do. It's so well done and you can tell how hard everyone worked to make this show the way it is.
All I have to say is... WHAT A RIDE. They had me holding on for dear life until the very last minute. They created so much emotional damage, and I don't know how to recover.
It was fine until the last episode ended in a confusing mess. I would only recommend this if you are a Chuang 2021 fan and want to see Li Peiyang (the villain) and Ren Yinpeng (the star) acting and support them. I think they did well.
The montage at the end took this show from 10/10 to 11/10. Can't believe it's over. This was such a good side variety show, made me laugh for the past 10 weeks. And cry this week. Goodbye werewolves.
I feel that this show is underrated, I don't hear people talk about it much and the actors themselves didn't really promote it when each episode came out (there probably is reasons for that) but I really like it, it brought some much needed freshness. I really liked the lead actress and this show actually made me like Mean a tiny bit since his role here is very likeable. Gunsmile was a good surprise and great to see. It was a mess at times but the good kind and I like that.
I really liked this series. I am used to seeing great series from GMMTV and not so great ones too. But I really enjoyed this one and didn't want it to end at all. I have not seen the Korean version but I did get a few spoilers in the comments which kind of ruined some parts for me early on. (I wish people wouldn't spoil if they have already seen an earlier version.) I watched this series with my friend and we both liked it. I would mostly say my favorite ACTOR on the show is Kay and my favorite CHARACTER is Pete. This series was very heavy and suffocating at times but it was also happy and fun at other times so it was well balanced. I didn't give it higher than 8 because there were some parts which to me did not make sense and also the fact that some actors are too old to play highschoolers at this point, and there were also some minor plot holes. I will recommend this series to my friends in the future.
