I actually agree with you. It is on a morally thin ground but everything that was happening happened and he really never had romantic feelings to her until she was a full grown adult and they are both certain they love each other then it falls into the category of if they are happy and no one is being hurt then it’s okay. I just feel that even thought it feels weird when I really think about it no ones personal rights were taken away, no one was manipulated or brainwashed, no one was taken advantage of, and no one was abused so I’m fine with it. But I do think the writers are handling the script creepily, she didn’t have to call him her father and mother. That made it feel creepier. Idk it’s weird but as far as I would intervene would be to make sure o funny business was going on and then I would leave it alone. Because if you tell them they can’t be together they would just love each other more and then start acting ridiculous. Anyway if it’s between Gyungsoo and Junghoon I pick Guungsoo. I feel like in a few years Junghoon could get abusive, I hate the way he doesn’t understand no. He is creepy and hypocritical to me, way more creepy then anything that could happen between Gyungsoo and Youngshin. But I agree about not encouraging it. We only know Gyungsoo didn’t groom her because we witnessed it but there is no way to prove it in other circumstances.

I don’t think he legally adopted her. I think he just has her legal identification papers. It isn’t incest even if it’s strange. Look up what incest is. It is only incest if they are blood and they’re not. You can’t just change the meaning of a word. In this show he didn’t do anything illegal or unethical. When he loved her and she loved him she was already about 25 or so and he was 37 or so. They are adults who can make their own decisions. He didn’t groom her or do anything inappropriate while she was underage and even when she was and adult. Everything was consensual between two adult. To me it is similar to marry the older brother of your best friend who you where close to like a brother. Or even marrying someone you where raised with like a brother. If her and Gyungsoo are “incest” then her and Junghoon are as well. I’m not gonna argue with you because we obviously see different but I will say that it is NOT incest no mater what you say or think.

Exactly! Also it is natural for Youngshin to love Gyungsoo because they aren’t blood and he treats her well. GyungSoo did all he could do and dealt with is appropriately in my opinion. He never had unhealthy intentions and he turned her down at first. But as time passes and the age gap becomes less relevant it is no difference from liking your friends older brother. And beside Youngshin is about 25 by episode 80 and whatnot and Gyungsoo is only 37 or so. The age gap isn’t even that strange or uncommon and she is an adult who can make her own decisions. Idk it is weird but not unethical in my opinion. Because he didn’t groom her and they’re not blood related I don’t mind it.

At the end of the day we know as viewers that he didn’t raise her with the intention of marriage. We also know they are not blood relatives. And he also never legally adopted her. But what I don’t get is how people ship her with Junghoon then. If Gyung Soo is her father then Junghoon is her brother. Because they where raised like siblings just as much as Gyung Soo is her father. Either way it always depends on how things came to be, if he raised her and never did right by her then I would say he was a groomer. I can’t wait to see Lee Soo Hyuk again. I really missed him! It’s a shame he seems like a second lead/secondary character again but I will watch this show for him. I can’t wait. Also Dawon of SF9! This is gonna be great. The plot is very interesting and exciting! I will patiently expect!
