I want to watch but I have a few questions. Please help out.

So, I really adored love and redemption / love between fairy and devil, will I like this too?

Is there a happy ending (satisfactory)?

Does it have good amount of skinship and the main couple consummating?

thank u smmm

i loved the show but I wish we saw yeon jin and the serial killer once in their life feel regret for what they did to their victims. At least once. Maybe that’s writer’s poetic way to express that they aren’t even humans.

the last ep’s scene when hae yi is running to her mother after the CSAT made me cry. The romance in this is not extraordinary because they overshadow it with weird serial killer nonsense; however, the family’s dynamic and heong son’s kind heart is the main reason this drama leaves an imprint on me.

I keep coming back to this because I don’t think anything comes close to what this drama did to me.
i couldn’t get over Mu Deok as a character not existing. Jung Somin’s charm was everlasting and the master/pupil duo made my heart warm. Season 1 was romantic, lighthearted and so entertaining because of the entire group’s chemistry. Season 2 was rushed and frustrating as the end to Mu Deok’s arc was too big of a missing piece. Bo Yun felt like an entirely new character whom I didn’t grow to connect with.

amazing psychological thriller with a very simple lesson. The main ā€˜lesson’ is an overused one for many shows but the way this drama pulled it all together made it feel new. it’s such an important topic and I love how that was the conclusive lesson learned. The beginning was a little dodgy because i didn’t think the main lead was a smart kidnapper but as I watched ahead, it just got better and better. Not to mention, the insane character development from the students-I was so happy to see the warmer shades of everyone.

loved this show. Dylan wang has grown immensely as an actor. The female lead, Esther also has such great versatility. The plot had me hooked. Midway, it did kinda drag but it rlly picks up ep 20 onwards. The chemistry that leads share is stunningggg and the biggest pleasure was the cinematic beauty of it all. Every frame is mesmerising. šŸ’œ

Title Flower of Evil Spoiler
it was excellent but the ending felt blant
Rewatching it made it clear why writers chose to opt for that. When ji won says ā€œdad has never lived for himself,ā€ to eun ha, it summarises the whole point. The memory loss was an attempt at making Hyun Soo choose this life for himself, regardless of other reasons such as hiding himself. It was to give him an option for once and realise the love he feels for his family. I didn’t think that was bland

completely agree that goblin was the golden era of osts’. Every song on the album is so good. A few I rlly like that weren’t mentioned are
- Hwayugi: when I saw you/ if you were me
- healer: that tuneee y'all know which one
- kill me heal me: I watched the drama back in 2019 and still listen to this
-flower of evil: the tune in the bg hits so hard
-DOTS: all of them are so iconic, esp everytime
-extraordinary you: never ending story
-sky castle: sky (just iconic)

i rewatched it this year and felt the desperate urge to write a review but I realised i had already written one a year ago when I finished this. this drama is simply the greatest works ever to come out of South Korea. I am not exaggerating.
