im only watching this because of the ML and nothing else. This FL is annoying, and her bff bar girl is pure torture. I hate it when the FL is a college student and yet acts like a middle schooler.

I also notice this series has its own potential even though there is the yanxi palace vibes. But ML greeting, the gesture is really awkward and lame. 😆

Since I miss the palace and harem drama, I gave in and watched this, and I realized my fast-forward button is handy.

At first, I felt the Wei Ying Luo vibes, and I suddenly boom. Our Wei Ying Luo is gone—no more. I can't feel anything from the FL anymore. I finished it for me to know if she will be promoted again, and now, I dont even know if she became consort or remain concubine level.😂

Finally, I finished it. It's been on my Netflix list for months or even years. This is a really nice watch. However, I prefer He Zi Qiu to Ling Xiao, especially in terms of their character development. Dont get me wrong, I like Ling Xiao, the way he kisses. omgggggg. love it. Planning to watch the Korean adaptation.

Regardless of her involvement with the issue, I dont like her acting. It's annoying and not cute. I mostly dropped her drama. I wonder why she is getting a lot of FL roles.

omg this series got me hooked up all night! I know this series is not perfect but come on, the chemistry and the fair amount of comedy to balance everything! I hope to find another bl that will help me overcome this one.
