I recommend Crossfire, very different genre but very good show!

If you want to watch a show with a happy ending, you can try Love and Redemption (if you haven't watched it already). It's essentially the same cast.

I agree with you, Zhao Wen Hao’s acting does feel exaggerated. I saw him in another drama, “And The Winner is Love” and I get the same impression there too. But Cheng yi gets two thumbs up from me, his acting is pretty amazing.

This is a mostly heavy drama but is cut with many cute and sweet scenes. I would highly recommend this drama but if heavy dramas really aren't your thing...

I’m considering giving this a second chance after watching Love and Redemption, I also really enjoyed Eternal Love after episode 10 or so. How long should I “hang on” before things get a really good?
