The same old of course: A person gets famous from a BL show (and with KP's exposure, it was just a matter of time), people go all detective and dig thru their social media and the social media of their friends and family (serious invasion of privacy might I add) to discover something to complain abt. In this case, apparently Mile has a gf. And people are getting pissy cause he said that he didn't (which, while not the best PR move if he had one, is understandable) and are also pissy in general cause y'know, BL actors aren't allowed to have lives outside of their roles. I saw almost the identical thing happen with Bright when he blew up (the only other example of a BL actor who blew up this much in this amt of time that I can think of) and it's so sad. Mile's comments are flooded with "fans" claiming he's cheating on them and passive aggressive comments telling him to go off with his gf and leave Apo alone (which I'm sure Apo is thrilled abt 🙄). His rumoured GF has had to turn off her comments in her most recent post and my heart breaks for the poor girl. She hasn't done anything wrong and yet people are saying she's a snake and even berating her appearance. Anyway sorry abt the whole rant to reply to ur comment, I've just been scrolling thru Mile's comment section and fuming at all the stupid BS I've been seeing. 😔

Uhhh idk how true that is cause in the books Macau likes someone else (Dr. Top who isn't in the series) and the person he competes with isn't Kim or Chay, it's Khun. However, the series has changed so much of the book that I wouldn't even be surprised if that did have some credibility to it ☠️

The answer to this, funnily enough, is a bit of both. Though Vegas's character shift after he starts having feelings for Pete is a much bigger contributor
Okay so VP nation strap in, it's go go time XD I will say, while i'm slightly annoyed at some of the changes in the show compared to the book (the whole ken is the villain while big is just kinda assholey but dies a hero is kinda ehhh esp since there was no mourning over his loss -> which made sense in the book but not here) but some other parts were pretty fckn cool. -> Ken's head served on a platter? Fuck. Yeah. Any day of the week. the gesture was cool and very mafia. I will say though, there wasn't enough build up to this reveal. in the book, Big was a slimey weasle through and though who was obsessed with Kinn but had no backbone of his own. This was fully established by the time we found out he was the mole so the characterisation made sense. Here though, we rlly didn't have much inclination that Ken was a mole other than him not being the biggest fan of Porsche. But that aside, the scene is still so frikin cool.
-> Vegas and Tawan? Hmm...mixed feelings but i kinda like it. Tawan's characterisation as a man swept away by loving a psychopath like Vegas and become blinded by it is actual kinda cool - i don't hate it. I also actually liked the idea of Tawan killing himself, it reminded me of Moriarty killing himself in front of Sherlock and it's befitting. Right till the end, Tawan has himself convinced that he's won (or really, even if he loses so will everyone else). He dies thinking he's bested Kinn and Porsche yet they come out of it alive. In the end, Tawan lost the very moment he decided to switch Theerapanyakul sons and that's a very interesting idea to play with. I do SERIOUSLY wish we got the scene of Porsche beating the ever-loving shit out of Tawan though like we did in the books. My one regret ;-;
-> Pete. PETE. ohmygod i love what they did with his character. I actually wished we got more of the psycho tendencies of Pete in the book but Build SERVED here. Pete's full half-moon smile turning absolutely wicked was just mesmerising. It's the same smile but it looks so sinister bathed in red. I half expected him to fully go "why so serious" with the way he started laughing when Vegas picked up the axe. I'm very excited to see where VP goes from here cause i think they made Pete way more Vegas' match both physically and psychologically and boy oh boy do i want my man Vegas to crumble under the power that is Pete. Psycho boyfriends for the win, who's with me!
-> Kimchay i actually don't have much to say about them even though Chay was a very big part of today's ep. I wish we got to see KimChay interact after the whole shebang but maybe we can look forward to that gut-wrenching convo next week. Regardless, honourable mention to Kim's badass self who took on like 5 trained men and 2 taser shots before going down. His instant reaction to call for his big bro after the mess was sweet, i want more Theerapanyakul brothers' interaction.

And Porsche bby, not questioning where ur damn roommate and best friend went? That aside, i saw a few ppl say these boys need to fuck less and talk more. While i agree, i propose an alternative. Talk more AND fuck just as much. Seriously tho. Communication is also sexy my children.

Alright VP nation, as we near the 3 hour mark I wanna wish us all a very merry good luck. I live in Australia so staying up till 4am (as tempting as it is) just isn't an option for me rn (damn you BOC for starting VP arc during my finals 😭). I shall be blessed with all the tea in the morning. I just want all of us to brace ourselves, try not to be TOO upset if things don't go the way we expect or we are disappointed with screentime and/or plot changes. Let's support BOC together, as one fandom and not cause horrific Twitter storms. Criticism is always welcome, but let's try to be kind and support and listen to one another during trying times (so dramatic, I know what can I say. I have a flair for the dramatics 💃). I know that like myself, this comment section is a safe place for many so let us all try to harvest a kind and uplifting environment here.
