Elaine Zhong has seemed like a beautiful actress to me, I feel like she matches very well with Xu Kai and the chemistry between them can be felt very well, there are very few actresses that I feel really have good chemistry with him (not to mention any) besides her character I find it very fresh, she is a somewhat childish heroine but one that you can love. The antagonists are analytical people, you can see how everything is thinking step by step and they don't act impulsively, even when you see them attack aggressively, everything has a reason behind it. As for Xu Kai, he is perfect as he is, Xu Kai has always had a talent for action scenes and I like that this character asks him to be expressive but at the same time show maturity in every decision he makes. Here he is not someone cold, on the contrary, he is a son whose only purpose is to find his father and you can see those emotions. I really want to see how the story unfolds and I have very high expectations, in terms of the photography of the drama, the scenes, everything is shot in such a beautiful way that you can see how the director took into account every little detail and the wardrobe? I have taken a screenshot every second 'cause I have fallen in love with all the clothes.

So far I liked it a lot, I find Memorist a drama different from many, I think it is for a specific audience, not all people could feel comfortable watching this type of drama, however, there is another group of people who love it and in that case included me. It has two main actors who know how to act very well, the entire cast has done a good job and it is incredible how as each episode passes you feel curiosity not only for the story, but for each of the characters, it's a drama that requires of patience and pleasure, if you are not interested in this type of drama it's better to leave it and allow those who enjoy it to continue watching it without prejudice.

It's also interesting as the two protagonists don't have a love story, if they do, it is possible that it will be happen with time and quite slow, I think the drama will show us how Han Sun Mi begins to trust Dong Baek, a detective who she doesn't knows and that he is also quite rebellious, therefore, it's understandable that their relationship doesn't start so nice, but the drama has shown us how things are changing and that's why this type of drama is only focused on people who want to grow up with each of the characters and not that they feel anxious because the romance has not yet happened or because a murderer is not caught immediately.

For me, Memorist is a work of art different from many, it has several things in common with another drama, but the similarity is just dissapear as the story progresses, it's dark, dangerous and scary. The characters are well described and in the case of Dong Baek, leaving aside the fact that Yoo Seung ho is an excellent actor who is also very handsome, this character is a hero whom we wish we had by our side because he will protect us, no matter the consequences.

I hope if you watch Memorist you will enjoy it, in case you don't, just don't look the drama and let others enjoy it without criticism.
