I think without her nothing wouldve happened between them. she was always the one to ask the right questions, nudge him to talk, communicated her thoughts honestly and never afraid to say her opinion. Her thoughts were always on point, she saw right through him when he wanted to hide things. Even though there were misunderstandings, it was nice to see that even though she acted cute she was actually very clever.

another inconsistency. what was the key chain scene for at the airport. he fainted and was on a wheelchair during that time on the balcony. and next thing he is standing and walking at the airport and was able to find her keychain? 😅 this was not in the novel and while it might look good acted out, it’s still not logical.

plot hole. the assistant thinks she is the wife who lives abroad while he was just helping her move to zhaos house just blocks away. doesn’t make sense 😅🤣

Zahl Zhao in china is a completely different person. the accident has made him insecure and He Yu did a phenomenal job portraying it. in Thailand he was confident and strong. now in the second part he looks like he was broken and now slowly healing. body language is so different, the actor did so well 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
