Can anybody tell me how long the contract last??? Like it's been 5 years already since 2019, don't they renew…
So her contract is close to expiring because she's been with them since 2017, right?

We hope she will break free from KU this year“With the consent of #ZhaoLusi, her friend Song Nan Xi has just…
They abused her this bad and she still stayed with her company for this long is crazy. I get that if she chose to leave her company, they would've tried to blacklist her from the industry/sabotage her career but it's wild that the situation, the way they treat her, hasn't changed at all. According to her fanclub, she was already sick on the 14th so she needed a wheelchair after work and that she had to go to the ER and get intubated with oxygen Then, her condition worsened on the 16th. Through all of that, Lusi continued filming Almost Lover until the end of the 17th and was then sent to the ER again on the 18th after she collapsed.

We don’t know the exact reason behind her hospitalization, so jumping to conclusions about it being due to weight…
I'm not sure if you understand what I was saying, but I wasn't assuming the cause of her illness. Yes, we don't know why she's in the hospital, but there was no rumor being spread by me. A rumor is a piece of information being spread that's not verified. I was just saying there are many reasons she could be in the hospital because a normal healthy person wouldn't have to be hospitalized, and for more than 10 days at that, which is not a rumor. FYI saying that there are several reasons of why she could be in the hospital is not a rumor or an assumption as long as we're not saying she's in the hospital for this specific reason.
Also, not everyone's trying to offend you when they're correcting you, so please stop taking everything into offense and resorting to insults. Yes, there isn't an official statement but her fanclub asked her company to post a statement but the company continues to delay posting a statement.
Regardless, Lusi had a packed schedule, she was constantly working and she couldn't rest, which is very stressful for anyone irrespective of their occupation. There is a limit to how much a person can work before it takes a toll on their health. I was already worried about her a year or 2 ago because of her busy schedule and her severe weight loss which made her look quite frail. I'm not saying this is the cause of her illness, but it's just been a concern of mine for over a year. There is a difference between assumptions and concerns.
Once again, I'm not making assumptions, I just listed a few causes of what could land someone in the hospital for a person who is constantly working without resting and it could also even be caused by some other factors that she can't control.

She may not be 35kg but can we still admit that Lusi lost a lot of weight which is really concerning. We don't know her exact weight but based on recent pics of her it seems she's severely underweight when comparing photos of her from 2022. I absolutely agree with you because we don't know why she lost a lot of weight, but we also have to remember she's part of the entertainment industry, and most actors/actresses conform to these unrealistic beauty standards because it's their job to fit into the industry standards. I'm not saying that they should conform to it or anyone for that matter but it's the reality because the industry only accepts people who fit into these toxic beauty standards.

But, in general, it doesn't make sense to compare Lusi to Gulinazha (Naza/Nazha). Just like @itsariaselenecruz said, it's not a one-size-fits-all, everyone has a different body type and health condition, meaning that just because Nazha is very skinny, it doesn't mean that everyone else can fit into the same standards as Nazha. Btw, this year at the GQ event in China, Nazha's fans were also very concerned for her because of how skinny she is, someone even said she's almost like a skeleton.

Also, we don't know the reason why Lusi is in the hospital, but it could be due to a number of issues like weight, overworking, stress, constant bullying, etc. Lusi had a very packed schedule this year and even though she took a 7-8 months break from dramas last year, she still had a packed schedule from commercials, endorsements, etc. Lusi rarely takes a break from her celebrity life that she, herself, even admitted that she wanted to leave the industry and that she was unhappy, and after she said that, her mother looked for her contract to see how much money they'd have to pay for her penalty fee.

Her agency treats her as a cash cow, and she's practically a slave to them. They were extremely late to post a statement and while she was in the hospital they announced news of her endorsement.

Recently, I've also noticed that she gets scared when fans or netizens get close to her, so now she tends to hide behind her bodyguards, which is quite odd for Lusi because she's known for being outgoing and staying real/down-to-earth. This means something really traumatic must've happened to her. She's suffered too much mentally and physically.

I just hope baobei takes a veryyyy long break to recover both mentally and physically. Even if she wishes to leave the industry I respect and accept her decision wholeheartedly, although I will miss her dearly. All I wish for her is not to lose herself, and her kind and loveable personality, and for her to be happy and healthy.

I'm only at the 2nd ep and this drama reminds me so much of Goblin. Instead of being a grim reaper, Lee Dong Wook's…
He literally said he knows grim reapers more that Shin Joo does.
