okay so like, i loved the drama don't get me wrong, but is it just me or is that ending super ambiguous? i get that it's supposed to be a good ending with him back in the past and yeonho and seonjae with their family but doesn't this kinda mean the yeonho and seonjae we got to know throughout the drama don't exist anymore?
because when he went back to the past for the first time his actions altered the present time as in yeonho and the professor had new memories and the pen was in yeonhos bear, so we know the actions in the past definitely affect the present and don't give rise to an alternative present or anything.. but knowing that, with kwangho back in the past for good he changed such a big part of the original storyline, seonjae won't become a police officer for his mun, yeonho won't grow up in england, sungshik won't believe kwangho died anymore...
is that really a happy ending? tbh it's basically killing everyone we knew from the present bcs they're gonna grow up as entirely different people.. wouldn't really call that a happy ending
