That was quite enjoyable until episode 15. I read your comment and I was like what shenanigans did they do to ruined this drama in 2 episodes and omg I wasn’t ready. 😅
It is a really great xianxia that I enjoyed from episode one, sure thing the story is predictable with all the classics xianxia tropes but it was build to the climax cleverly. I was really looking forward to AoZi’s acting in this drama. His acting has matured and since then got the recognition he deserves!! Everyone other actors need to be acknowledged for their excellent job! I watched it last month and in the meanwhile I’ve checked Bai Lu’s other dramas, needless to say that woman is quite impressive!!! Writing this today because I felt the urge to rewatch MM for a second time, because many edits were ending in my sns timelines recently. ^^
Not gonna lie I’m essentially watching this Drama for eye candies ;D otherwise it’d pass it’s way too sweet for my liking and both female lead are so dumb. The funny part is how many classic rom-com tropes they threw in it.
For once no stupid misunderstandings inbeetween lovers, an healthy relationship for the main character. However the story began to drag after episode 31. I definitely would have give it a 9 if it ended there.
This drama is a huge disappointment, too many flaws from the story telling to the styling department. No character depth, no character development, poor writing. The “Solution” idea was promising… sadly they didn’t exploit the idea to the fullest… it could have make this drama much more interesting :/ but I still had good time scrutinizing everything that was wrong.
bwahaha Ridiculous script, ridiculous characters development and ridiculous acting a recipe for a ridiculously good show. watch this only if you want something meaningless and wants a good laugh.
I really don’t get the hating on this drama. It’s light, funny and fluffy .The story itself is quite lighthearted too. Acting was on point with the drama vibe. it’s not a masterpiece sure but a solid 8.5 overall so why is there so much low rating for no explicit reasons? 🤔
