wow thank you for the refresher!!!!! i just finished the movie and had a lot of questions but thank you for refreshing my mind. Got to get some answers I was looking for!!!
Wow, I loved your review T-T Almost the same as what I felt about the drama. The theme of depression sold this…
Wow thank you for reading my very lengthy review <3 This drama made me feel so many emotions all at once. So when I started watching I just couldn't stop. Loved how the characters were portrayed <3 missed watching these types of shows
I tried downloading it but I can't :( I downloaded the test flight app already but it's asking for a redeem code. I tried clicking the "mobile app BETA" link also on my phone but it says access denied. Can somebody please help me? thank you!
I've been watching kdramas since 2004, and I've been pretty much in and out of the hole from time to time. What…
For the author, here are some of my inputs on your drama list (don't know if you're done with it but what the heck I'll share my opinions)
Go go squid - Mostly watched this for Li Xian. It's a light drama, nothing too much going on in the plot. It's a cute story and again, Li Xian <3
The Heirs - the main leads for me really had no chemistry towards each other. PSH and KWB had better on screen chemistry as well as Krystal and KMH. I really really think this drama is overrated.
Cheese in the Trap - if you're a fan of Park Hae Jin's character, you might get disappointed in the ending. If you're a fan of Seo Kang Joon's character then it might be more worth it for you to stay in the end. Really hate how this drama turned out. It was really disappointing as this really had HUGE potentials.
I Hear Your Voice - this drama was just okay for me. nothing too much to say. It was good. not really a fan of noona - dongsaeng relationships.
One More Happy Ending - it's a good drama. it tackles about friendship and mature love.
Pinocchio - this drama is a drama you watch not because of the love story. I watched it because it made me intrigued about how manipulative the medias are. Their connection to the business sectors and government. It opened my mind a bit more.
The Liar and His Lover - really did not like this one. I think it was overrated? I don't think it's really worth watching or recommending for that matter.
Touch Your Heart - this drama is a fan service drama. Really love the chemistry of both leads. It's a cute light story. Humor was also light but it fits the story. One of the dramas I liked from 2019.
PS I haven't watched the other so I think it's best for me not to share anything about them if I'm only basing from things I read.
I've been watching kdramas since 2004, and I've been pretty much in and out of the hole from time to time. What I do to not get stuck in it is that I watch variety shows in between, or I transfer to watching c-dramas, j-dramas or thai lakorns.
Sometimes it helps to watch different adaptations of the same drama (i.e. watching the c-version or j-version). Or I just watch the dramas of actors/actresses that I like (seeing faces I like and am familiar with helps with overcoming it).
Lastly, watch whatever you feel like watching at anytime. Even though you have a pretty long list of what to watch, if you want to revisit a drama go for it. It's like craving for food, unless you're eating what you're craving for, you will always have a feeling that's something is missing.
PS: I've been telling this to my friends who doesn't like watching on going dramas and prefer binge watching them when it ends. Some dramas are better off when you watch them in staggered. It helps build up the momentum and the lingering feeling.
PPS: If you really want to watch something new but don't know if you want to commit to binge watching just yet, watch a short series. It'll be like a refresher. I recommend watching Love Playlist on Youtube. Playlist Global has a lot of good short web dramas TBH
Oh please add every character ever played by Suzy or just her while u were sleeping with a coption "cause the…
I've watched Suzy since her Dream High days. I think her most annoying acting trait is her monotonous nasally voice. In Uncontrollably fond for example, she's like almost always screaming her lines and it was annoying, But I must say, her acting did improve a lot and is gradually improving thru time. So i think compared to the people in this list, she has a bit more "chance" for improvement :)
I may get kill for this but I cannot stand Park Shin Hye - I cannot see any growth in their acting
Agree!!!! I really think she is too overrated. I must admit she's really good in crying scenes but that's it. Really not a big fan of hers. Especially her kissing scenes, you can replace her with a card board and you won't notice the difference.
OMG!!! I agree with this!!! With Go Ara, idk why but I really like her face she's really pretty but when it's time to watch her dramas I really would just skip it because her acting is really frustrating.
Same thing with W, the story was initially really interesting but it got a bit dull and repetitive when they had to kill someone and reset the comic. Han Hyo Joo's acting did not help to revive the lost "momentum" of that drama also.
Lastly, THANK GOD somebody said it also. I tried watching Another Oh Haeyoung because a lot said it was really good. I kept on reading about it on socmed etc. but when I watched it personally, I really really did not like how whiny and annoying the first female lead is. Gosh, she was just so annoying that it made it hard for me to watch the drama in general.
I also liked 77 heartbreaks. It's a nice simple heartfelt film.
Kdrama: Lovers In Paris
JDrama: Hana Yori Dango
KMovie: 200 Pound Beauty

PS what made me stay and watch is becaise Xu Kaicheng is really cute. His character is like a psycho there but he cute lol don't hate me on this haha
