I know a lot of people who watch Kdrama, Cdrama, Tdrama, and Jdrama, are probably worried that this Japanese series have goldfish pecks on some ep. I know that I am one of them, but fear not! the actor are actually going in on the kisses!! I was bored during quarantining so I went on YT to look at some new drama to watch, and randomly my YT pop up on one of their kisses on my recommendation so I clicked it. Holy Moly! my toes and finger were curling and sweating because it was steamy, as in cute and flirty, but not in an erotic. This was what hooked me in to watch the drama. As a bonus, I'll tell you guys that the actors are actually not one dimensional like almost every Jdrama that is overreacting and exaggerated everything.

WHOLESOME BL DRAMA EVER!!!

This BL drama first came up on my Youtube recommendation, and I was honestly watching the video half-heartedly, but the concept of this drama really got me hooked. As a person who loves to see at least one or two kiss scenes in a romance drama, I did not expect to fall in love with both the casts and the story!! (THERE WAS NO KISSING between the two at all) but I love how wholesome the couple interacts with each other. Which for me, that wholesomeness makes up for no kinship in this drama. This drama is also not toxic in any way (Idk how to explain it), no sexual orientation shaming or slandering from others when they found out about the couple. VERY FCKING CUTE

This story is actually interesting to me because of all the new dramas is similar to each other. I love the actor's chemistry! they're fun to watch and I almost cried on episode 9.
literally when Saiko's death, it was the last episode because Otaro can't revive her. But then I've checked it was episode 9 hehe.
Great Acting
Great story
Music is naturally added
would watch it again!

I would rate it higher if they get to be together at the end, but I'll go watch Todome no Parallel to see how it would end.

The synopsis emphasizes how the MFL have allergies to tear or crying, but the first half of the story was mostly about ML coming up with ways he can get rid of the FL from coming to work at MH finance. I skipped several parts within the 15 or so episodes of them going back and forth with their tactics. The middle part of the series is very cute and "simpable" as the kisses and hugs in this drama look like they could be dating in real life (they are not). The story kind of went downhill for me around the last 7 episodes of this drama as they are trying to sort out the mystery of the FL's dad died. Overall, it's a pretty good drama for me, and will probably come back to watch it again if I remember.

this drama had me calling my parents

It's been so long since I've come across a good GOOD story with a perfect pace. Every episode, I said out loud, "What do that put in this drama???" as I bawled my eyes out like a baby. The way this story unfolds is just beautifully articulate and relatable no matter what stage in life you are in. The show addresses so many life lessons and how life goes on in one way or another. We make sacrifices and receive relief by living to the utmost with loved ones. We see a bit of ourselves in every character and every stage of their lives. The dynamics between mother and eldest daughter, a boy and a girl in love, young lovers giving up their dream to build a family with nothing to call their own, the loss they grieve, the growing up in an unknown path. We also get to see each character's perspectives. We follow the main characters (Gwan Sik and Ae Sun) the most, but we also see their kids' perspectives. Which, in a way, hit harder when you get to watch the journey of the parents who we watched grow up. We watch their journey and how unpredictable and crazy it was for them to get to where they are. And we get to see both sides of it. Geum Myeong (the eldest daughter of Ae Sun) does not want to be a burden to her parents, but her parents want them to do whatever they want. I can point out many aspects and little things each character does and feels. This drama was done so beautifully. I have no notes. I call my mom, whom I don't contact because we didn't have the greatest relationship growing up. I'm the eldest middle child of separated parents. I relate to Geum Myeong because my parents always told me they were not worried about me as I could care for myself. Still, I grew up acting strong for my younger siblings and having to be the pillar for them when they needed me consistently. It was a lonely journey, and I didn't want to look weak in front of my family. I have my problems and concerns, but I chose to hide them from my parents as I don't want them to worry about me. This drama helped me see that my parents are doing their best and living their first life. "When life gives you tangerines", whatever path we take, life is hard anyway. Be with someone you'd be happy to see each morning with, so when life gives you tangerines, you wouldn't be afraid to face the bitter, sweet, and sour life has to offer.

let's start off by me saying that this is another Chinese, Korean, and pretty sure other language drama plot that has been made about two lovers fell apart because of their own problems and reunited. this is getting my own for me! I want to watch something new and refreshing, it doesn't have to be all happy drama, but you guys get the point. From reading the synopsis I can already tell it's going to be one of those dramas that drags the story to 40 something episodes and we don't really know what's going on or can't get into the story. Sorry if you disagreed with me, but this is just my opinion. If you asked me why I wrote this when I only watched 5 episodes of this drama? I'm pretty sure that there are people who have a judging limit(Idk what to call it) of deciding that this movie or drama hooked me or not. which, for Me, it takes 5 episode.
