I think the series has "such a low rating" because 90% of the viewers got lost with who was who. One of the best series I've seen in a long time, it keeps you glued to the screen until the end.
I'm still wondering why they added two more contestants halfway through the show if they weren't even going to give them 10 minutes of screen time... There are so many things to improve for next season. And honestly, if it lasted even three more days, out of 10, things would change a lot. Also, they would have to bring in some Cupids to help them directly for a few days, because many of them clearly lack tact when it comes to talking to the girls.
prolly cuz they just didnt make any big move. i mean, in "normal person" dating show, there are some contestants…
I think exactly the same. A week is a very short time to get to know someone, and if you're two or three days behind on someone and they don't respond to you, you've wasted valuable time that you could be investing in getting to know others.
I also think they're all such "noobs" that maybe once a day, Cupids should come and give them advice or show them videos of the stupid things they do, because they say or do so many stupid things... Especially the guys.
Does anyone know if any of the new contestants have had a scandal and that's why none of them are on? I really don't understand why they're not on at all ._. Also, when each of them had their individual dates, they didn't even spend a minute together, and it's assumed that each of the people (even if no one was with them) would be on camera, but that wasn't the case.
Ever since I found out Squid Games was going to be done globally—whether in the US, Europe, etc.—I knew they were going to leave everything pretty open for other seasons. Now we'll have years and years of Squid Games, each one getting worse, if not in time...
Totally disappointed... The first season was better than this one. They sould start with everyone instead of adding people later, because they would get all the attention and it would get bored. The last 4 episodes are a waste of time, because you will know who end up together.
I prefer the second couple than the first. That's all. The first couple it's boring and simple, wanting to put up some obstacles that don't really exist. While the second couple has a more interesting and cute storyline, I really felt they were the real leads.
What happened to the ratings. Never saw that coming
At least for me it's a normal drama. I mean, it doesn't seem like a big deal to me, and I find the story of The reaper more interesting than that of the Goblin himself.
The story between "Grim Reaper" and "Sunny" is more interesting than that of the Goblin and the bride. The story is sooooo slow and then it leaves me the usual question. Once they are reunited in the afterlife, what will happen to the Goblin? She will get old and he won't? It was very difficult for me to finish seeing it and I forced myself to do it because it was highly recommended, but it didn't seem so bad. I do not know, I think the series has over half the chapters, there were some that practically NOTHING happened.
I stopped watching it when I had two chapters left, I spoiled the ending and ... well ... good drama until the writers ran out of ideas and made that "ending". They totally lost their minds and the main ideas were put aside to make a totally cringe story.
I also think they're all such "noobs" that maybe once a day, Cupids should come and give them advice or show them videos of the stupid things they do, because they say or do so many stupid things... Especially the guys.
