I guess it is just the matter of getting used to it ! I also could not stand infantile voices, but there are a lot of times where I watch a certain drama because of the actors or for their OSTs, so I just have to suck it up and watch it :')

If you're unsure, you can use Baidu to look up the drama you want to know about. Typically, the cast & credits section will state who voiced the characters you're interested in.
