When I finally decide to get back into kdrama after being sucked into cdrama, I end up accidentally starting one that's on-going :(

Absolutely, people in these comments are wild, had he truly wanted a divorce, he should've done it BEFORE cheating, and the law probably wouldn't have denied it, but the fact that he asked for it only AFTER being caught says everything one needs to know, the wife is petty, but it's justified. He wants to cheat AND get freedom after? Screw that, I hope she gets every last penny on his name.

I had hopes for this drama, but it fell so short that i'm struggling to finish the 5 last episodes, and this is coming from someone who is very forgiving! I rarely say this but don't waste your time if you haven't started it already

Couldn't help but see Su Ronqing and Shen Yurong too, but we're getting spoiled visual-wise

it wasnt a particularly interesting drama overall, I have starting watching Blossom and I'm hooked even though the first episode isn't even over yet, i'd recommend that over this

Yes save yourself the time, it wasn't something I'd recommend at all

If you're looking for romance, look elsewhere, it was underwhelming here

I'm only on ep 3, but I have to say, i'm impressed with how good Ding Yuxi's acting has become, he's also picking better scripts now, the only drama i've truly enjoyed from his was Romance of Tiger and Rose, he was also pretty good in Melody of Golden Age, though the script could've been a bit better.
Also whoever picked his wig this time is finally doing him justice, his past ones made his look too disproportionate!

No but their mothers were both from the same tribe, which could explain why he was so intrigued by them, it brought up his past memories that were buried, which made him more curious about them, it was basically hinting at his real background

The plot is too messy, it ruined a potentially good drama

At first I didn't understand why such a good drama had a lower rating, but as the episode went on (currently on ep 19) I finally understood why, it had potential but it fell short in many aspects, including the story
