If that FL cousin didn't there ,then who will make trouble for yunfei. :(
what i mean by this is that i wish they talked more ab yin pei's story instead of just brushing over his trauma, his past, everything, within like five eps and then making him into this irredeemable villain until his literal last breath god i cried so much at that part cuz i felt so bad for him
Just at ep 10 and the FL male cousin annoys the hell out of me like dude wtf.... he does stupid things and doesn’t…
i swear around first ep i was like im gonna hate this guy and my suspicions were confirmed around the 10-15 ep line, but trust me he gets so much better and so much more character growth
tbh i loved most of the characters, maybe not everyones cup of tea, but idk it was like a serotonin boost seeing the characters interact and grow (like xie yun, a-fei, li sheng, chuchu, yangjin, li yan, a-pei, etc.). i do wish they made the main plot easier to follow tho im rewatching the show to understand more of what was up w the Disha or the conspiracy/ending cuz the first time i mostly skipped over it cuz it was so much all at once or nothing at all every scene that involved the more complicated parts of the plot (i got a general gist the first time but was still super confused about the details, tho i didnt rlly care until now cuz i loved the ending so much--im a sap for end-game happy endings thats why)
If that FL cousin didn't there ,then who will make trouble for yunfei. :(
exactly the cousin dude li sheng was the reason for much of the events that led the plot to progress and a-fei to meet ML and chuchu, and yangjin also was p important to help them in getting ingredients from the healer village and help them in battle, etc etc. theyre usually more in your face during the comic relief scenes, but all the characters i feel like had a role in the plot and they all p much had a character growth. i feel like xie yun's bg was explained, but yea could have done more same w all the other characters. i wish a-pei's bg was more in depth too tho
i swear this drama's raised my expectations of what drama to watch next. i just started getting into chinese dramas (previously avid korean drama watcher) and istg chinese historical dramas are so good esp wuxie, now i honestly dont know what to watch after lof where they have a similar character dynamic and energy
i swear this drama was so well executed in the sense that the actors KILLED it in making us feel the way we should feel ab their characters, showing the dark and twisted side of families who are sucked into these cults.
Where can I find this book in online to read very curious about this lost tomb
Were the books also marine tomb raiding based or just general grave robbing lmao also what plot additions or characters deaths are completely different from the novel? im so curious if u dont mind answering i've always wondered
