Ok, I'm kind new to the Asian BL scene and, don't get me wrong, I'm loving it. But i can't not notice some patterns. The character Green is an example of this. Can anyone explain to me why feminine guys are (almost) always so obnoxiously annoying in Thai dramas? It is such a common trope I'm noticing. Like, they don't respect people's privacy or boundaries and seem to not know the concept of consent. They touch people (especially guys, especially straight guys) in an invasive way without their permission, eben after repeatedly being asked to stop, and get mad when they lash out on them (and people defend them even if they are in the wrong!). The way woman act like obnoxious, spoiled brats and men act "rape-y" and creepy in these dramas is really getting to me too, but the "irritatingly rape-y ladyboy" trope most of all.
