To all who wonders why Cai moving to Bukidnon is such a big deal when most of the time they mostly meet online, it's mostly due to how Philippines is segregated geographically. There's Luzon (northern group of islands), Visayas (the middle earth XD), and Mindanao (southern group of islands). Gav resides in Cavite province (IDK which city he lives in exactly) while Cai lives in Quezon City. According to a quick google search Cavite-Quezon is around 25 km. And a lot of people does that commute in a daily basis so that distance is not such a big deal. The only obstacle to them meeting regularly is the pandemic going on with all of the precaution it entails.
