I think they really did well with bringijg the nuances in her gift. because his answers are mediatrained. politically correct. and that's why he doesnt lie. he is telling truth with omission to avoid lying. and redirecting his answers. its so awesome. marvelous.

actually she can tell. he just doesnt lie. he is lying by omission. he redirect his answers. so he isn't lying. he is just really mediatrained you could say. and I suspect that the time he was lying. he probably isn't lying but he isn't sure himself. so he doesmt even believen it himself and that's why he is "lying". as someone that 100 procent believes his own lies would be lying but it would register as truth. I think its like that I believe.

but there was hinting at depth. like. the materials for it was there. just left unused. never felt this hopefully for something so disappointing.

Am I the only one who thinks it could be possible that han seung jo could be his father? without han seung jo knowledge. I dont know how old he is suppose to be but he looks rather old to me. That he liked a girl but his father got her killed or something but she had been pregnant and secretly raising a son and that is Jang ho woo. something traumatic happend then he survived and so on. something like that

its not suddenly. he has a soft spot for her. she stands up to him and inspires him to rethink what he knows. also I think he began to admire her for being resillent and brave even tho she appears to be weaker in skills then evryone else. Just because he has been holding himself back because she was human and he was taught not to interfere with human relations. then when she was the phoenix he didnt have to hold back anymore. he could show more because now it was somewhat permitted her not being human and all.

They did count us. human/ mortal realm. it is said in the first episode in the first minute. then you have the demon realm. but I think they just divided the realm in different lands. Devil and demonland. and then there is the immortal realm, the realm of the gods. and then you have inbetween land. which is located inbetween the crossing from demonrealm to the mortalrealm.

I really love that the serie isn't rushing and stepping over her pain as if it is nothing. Healing takes time and is messy and chaotic. And doesnt happen just because you want to or decide to or because you feel like you should or you deserve to.

also she didnt just lost her boyfriend in a horrible way it spook her believesystem. Her ego/ persona. she doesnt just have to pick herself up after a break up. She has to redefine herself as a person. What she believes to be the truth. And on what for values she is basing her life of.

Yeah the thing what really let me feel something is going on with them is him not wanting to have sex at all. Everytime she initiates and he refuses. my experience is that most of the time that happens the other person is cheating or fallen out of love. So I am curious to when it will happen.

it's been shown in the conversations she had with the ML. It isn't said literally but it is being shown in multiple ways.

Yes exactly. It really bothered me that he is being backed in a corner and then being blamed for being human and have a breakdown. He wasnt crying in a meeting or anything. But in the office. One on one after he asked if they could do it another time. Which Jeng ignored. It felt like. He says Pat needs to learn to say no. But when he communicates a boundary. He doesnt honour it.

About the editing, i noticed that too. Very sloppy. It felt like they skipped parts of the story and some things were sudden. It felt like sometimes they skipped over some scenes that should have been there but weren't.

Where there is love, there is hope. I hope there we be nuances that will make them be able to get together. Thats my hope.
