She always has good chemistry with her co-stars tbh. I just love the look she gave when she look at Allen, so much love. She did well in portraying her char.

Words could not express how glad am I that Bai Lu was casted in this drama. Am a fan of her since The Legend drama and have been watching all her drama then. Though some of it I can't find myself to be able to watch the drama till the end due to storyline/some of the characters in the drama. However in this drama, whoever picked/suggested or even thought of casting BL just made the right choice. From this drama I can see a different acting side of BL which I'm glad. I think she did well in portraying her role and her chemistry with the ML just like in any drama is good. Furthermore this drama has quality. The cinematography is so good, makes me feel like I'm watching a movie. Hopefully more director/writer/producer will be able to see the talent in BL and cast her in more drama like this.

Definitely one of my fav kdrama of all time. Soo interesting , kept me wanting more. Am hoping there will be season 2! Can't wait! Hopefully we will see more of the main characters interaction in the new season . The casting is good, so is the acting and I like the song choice. Director and producer-nim we want more please.

You miss out on Arsenal military academy. Most of the kissing scenes were cut off and it's just their lips touching and a peck on the forehead but then it's a very very good drama.

She needs to be casted more ! Like in a historical action drama! I miss seeing her doing those action scenes. Please cast her with one of them! - Leo Luo, Arthur Chen, Zhang Bin Bin and Xu Kai.
Or maybe even in a drama whereby she is an empress/concubine. She can definitely pull it off!

If modern drama , I hope she pairs with one of them - xu Kai & Leon lai !

Hopefully some kind hearted director, writer, producer will take in such consideration!

You are sadistic. Please do not call yourself a Bai Lu fan. You are just embarrassing us. Please don't be like one of those toxic fan of xukai who bash Bai Lu. It doesn't make u any better by talking shit about another actress and praising Bai Lu. It's damaging towards Bai Lu reputation and ppl might disregard her good acting. Think wisely before you write down whatever you are thinking. Think of the consequences.

I'm a big fan of Bai Lu and you know what, I'm glad she chose another project instead of taking this one. At least she has the chance to act with other actors and grow, same goes for Xu kai. Xu kai and Bai Lu's has undeniable chemistry, nobody can disagree with this. Thus many fanatic fans of both xu Kai and Bai Lu are attacking each other to point whereby even Bai Lu's mother was personally attack on weibo. Both of them can act, mind you. Would appreciate it if people just freaking stop bashing both of them for God sake. Leave them alone, you are making their fanbases look soo bad. The fan war is so bad to the point they have to unfollow each other on weibo. Give both of them some peace! Real fans will support them in whatever projects they are in unless the storyline is really bad. To those who ship both of them sooo badly, it doesn't hurt for you not to bash the other actor and actresses that are paired up with them. Just hope and pray that there will be another project of kailu couple. Belittling and bad mouthing the other actor and actresses will not change the cast! It only damage the fanbase reputation and shoes how narrow minded of a person you can be.

Okay, I feel kinda sad that this drama ended. Maybe coz I will need to wait for God knows how long for Bai Lu's next drama. Anyway I feel that some part of this drama was abit too rushed but overall it's not bad like what is stated in most of the comments here. This drama is consider good , not bad nor great. I don't get why people kept saying there's no chemistry between the main leads because I see one. If it's in the beginning I can understand as there's not much interaction between them. As I watch more episode, I can see it. But then to me chemistry between actors aren't just bout having lots of romantic or skinship moments, I feel like when you can see the actors acting together without any awkwardness and when there's this look in their eyes when they look at each other , there's chemistry. If you wanna watch a drama without chemistry between the leads or whereby you can see this barrier between them, try watching my lovely girl (kdrama) and encounter ( kdrama). Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of rain and park bogum and a big fan of song hye kyo but when I watch two of that drama, I just have to drop it. There's lots of kiss and hug scenes in encounter but I can still see this senior and junior relationship. Thus, it's just weird. On a side note, I hope to see Bai Lu and Leon in another drama, another historical drama whereby both of them have some supernatural abilities and being able to fight will be good!

Omg! Please watch arsenal military academy! Don't miss out on it! It's soo good! One of the best Chinese drama for me! Love the chemistry and the action in that drama. Please watch! You won't regret it!

I have watched till episode 26 thus far and I'm still enjoying this drama.

I guess that description does kinda apply to the ML now you mentioned it xD

Am gonna give a non biased opinion. First, I watch this drama coz of Bai lu and at first I wasn't too keen on the ML. Watch the trailer and I don't find the ML good looking. After watching about 6 episodes, I'm like hmm, he can act. After watching 22 episodes, I love the ML character development and the expression he shows when he look at the FL. So much tenderness and love. I find the ML very charming and kinda good looking now especially when he smirks. I have always find Bai Lu's acting good, in this drama it can be seen when she cries over the death of her master. I do agree alil with most people on her character development, I wish her character will be alil more mature soon. Her expression that she shows towards the ML can sometimes be alil annoying, I have to admit that but it's not that bad to the point whereby it turns me off or make me wanna drop this drama. As for the SML , he is good looking. But to me , he look too much alike the ML assistant. His character is annoying the hell out of me since the beginning, more than the SFL. The only part where I skip in this drama is when it's the SFL's father part. I don't think the pairing is as bad as what most people says, I still do see chemistry between the actors. The problem in this drama might be the pace and lack of moments between the main leads.

My opinion differs, after watching so many of Bai Lu's drama I find her acting better than most actress especially the ones who are gaining much popularity nowadays. Her acting may not be as outstanding as actress like sun li but I think she has the potential. What I really like about her is that she always has this great chemistry with whoever she acts with and I think this is one of the most important thing that contributes to the views of a drama.

Need patience, you will see how the characters slowly develop feeling for each other then you will see more interactions and funny moments.

That's rather sad, don't think it's worth it to subscribe two apps for a drama, I subscribe to iqiyi coz of Bai Lu other drama 'love is sweet' and I think that's enough haha. I found a website to watch the other episode already btw xD
