what are yalls rating expectations for this season?
i'm not sure it can capture that same feeling from the first season, and seeing how most people seem to already have a head canon on how the story should go (surely they won't be disappointed if it doesn't play to their expectations, right?). personally it could be an 8
primary is composing for season 2 again -> https://open.spotify.com/prerelease/5TvcVcFjfQj4PttnJwph4r?si=IRCU9r1XT5Kv2SLX1dPhyA&context=spotify%3Aprerelease%3A5TvcVcFjfQj4PttnJwph4rI…
I just REALLY hope they don't nerf Donald Na and make Ben win against him or something. The fact that he was undefeatable…
where did i say they'll magically become friends? also the villain getting his redemption doesn't ruin the villain, it adds depth to their character. but of course, it depends on how they'll handle that. your "deep, cool, and threatening" is what makes a shallow villain imo. and i'm attacking your take not you personally, it's just a civil discussion.

you do realize his (si-eun) character development differs a lot from the webtoon compared to the show? and also we don't have the necessary characters in play. why do you still expect the show to faithfully adapt from the source doesn't make any sense
so the reason why Jerard Jin (Jin Ga-Yool) is not included is because he's fighting style is converted into Alex…
what even is anyone's fighting style lmao, everyone's just dogfighting at best. if u mean their personalities while fighting then yeah, alex can be reckless so if he's converted to gerard then perhaps he'll be more collected
Well said! I think it will be hard enough to squeeze this much action into 8 eps, so adding even more characters…
i think if they focused on the union arc by itself, they'd still have room to spare, people forget how long that arc dragged on because of so many things happening in-between (and so many people just getting in si-eun's way lmao because we gotta see our boi fight)
the show simply has not enough time to cater to so many characters, and when you really think about it, they really only shined because of their character developments, which isn't a luxury the show could afford, if we placed them without those developments, they'd just end up being fan service characters (or worse forgettable ones for non-readers)
they're making do with what they have and are treading carefully not to dilute the necessary characters in play and sinking their budget unnecessarily.
