Excellent coming-of-age story, inspiring and realistic.

Excellent coming-of-age story, inspiring and realistic. It features strong characters who are quite different from one another.
The ending feels a bit rushed, especially once university ends. In the final part, the parents—whom I really liked—disappear completely.
I especially liked Huan Er, the kind of friend everyone would love to have, and Du Man, who could have been explored a bit more.
The ending, although very realistic, only tells us what happened to the high school friends; we learn nothing more about the families or the friends from university.
In the end, there’s a happy sense of longing for these friends we watched grow up.
