Another drama he was in is How to Marry Rich By Mistake. I watched snippets on this on Instagram and it took me ages to find it again. It’s not widely advertised . It’s officially on Good Shot , and also stars Kim Bora .

Before watching this show my most anticipated couple was the 3rd sister. Completed the show loving the storyline with the 4th sister and Huizhao

Same! I found s1 and 2 to be quite boring. I ended up dropping both of them towards the second half .

I hope so! A year of a wait is way too long. How were they able to bypass the rules of having to wait 12 months before releasing a second season?

I finished this show yesterday and loved it! Women empowerment is a strong theme throughout the whole series. I loved Go Go Squid but to be honest, I thought Yang Zi and Li Xian's acting was just OK. Yang Zi has generally portrayed (or at least in the earlier parts of the show) a weak, innocent girl but her character in Flourished Peony is strong and ready to kick butts in episode 1. Li Xian's character is a corrupt official - he has the power to rid all of Mu Dan's hurdles and use his power and wealth to obtain what Mu Dan wants but he knows she'd rather obtain these on her own. Li Xian's portrayal of his character was spot on. Together their chemistry was phenomenal and I can't wait to see what season 2 unfolds.

I must be part of the minority who thought s3 was the most entertaining out the 3 seasons. The commens and reactions by the hosts were hilarious.

I think Zhang Wan Yi is officially my favourite actor! I can't think of anyone who could do a better job as Cang Xuan in Love you Forever. He delivered another perfect performance in Are you the One - his chemistry wont Wang Chu Ran was great. I recently finished Rise of Ning - I thought the show was good, but it has its flaws, ZWY was spectacular in that one too.
His acting and voice is mesmerising!

This series was unexpectedly really good! First time watching the FL and the first time watching Miles Wei as ML. They make a good onscreen couple.

I was a bit hesitant to start this drama because I’ve never watched any dramas with the two main leads. But I thoroughly enjoyed it, even thought it was probably one episode too long.

I loved this show from beginning to end! The last drama I watched was The Double which I loved and I started this show with no expectations and had no idea what it was about . Love the story, the actors, the costumes, the chemistry between the 3 pairings and the witty humour. I started the show because of Zhang Wan Yi and ended up also admiring Wang Chu Ran. Her acting has improved significantly. I think this is probably my favourite show of the year.

Currently only on ep 7 and I have been enjoying the show from the start! Tbh I wasn’t keen on this show because of Wang Chu Ran , as a result of watching Fireworks of My Heart (I felt her acting was dull, unconvincing and lacked chemistry with the ML) . I started this show because of Zhang Wan Yi and was take aback. The chemistry between the two leads is excellent. ZWY’s acting is superb. I like WCR in this show. Her acting has improved greatly. Looking forward to seeing how it all unfolds.

I watched both dramas and loved both! The two dramas have totally different vibes.

Loving this show so far! The progression of this show is totallyh unexpected. Currently on ep26 and I can't catch my breath :O

Maybe because of the negative reviews, I started this series without any high expectations but I thoroughly enjoyed it! It's a lighthearted, sweet romance comedy. The middle gets a bit boring but picks up towards the end.

I don’t think this drama deserves a 1/10, but definitely it had so much potential..last the ending was so flat and disappointing

Absolutely freaken LOVED this drama to bits!!! I would even go as far to say it’s on the top of my list for best modern romcom. The chemistry between Bai Lu and Luo Yun Xi is phenomenal. They’re not just pretty faces 😂😂

I was thrilled when I heard that most of the cast from s2 will make a come back!! Really looking forward to it <3

In 2022, completed 37 dramas in which 26 were released in 2022. 14 of those were Korean Dramas 12 were Chinese dramas. My top three genres watched were romance, drama and comedy.

My top dramas listed in this article were Love Like the Galaxy (parts 1 and 2), Under the Queen’s Umbrella, Alchemy of the Souls, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Ghost Doctor, The Red Sleeve, 25 21, Soundtrack, Who Rules the World and Love Between Fairy and Devil.

Other 2022 releases that were on the top of my list but not in the article include A Business Proposal, Snowdrop, Our Beloved Summer, My Liberation Notes, A Dream of Splendor and Immortal Samsara (parts 1 and 2)

In the latter part of 2022, I ventured more into Chinese dramas, especially historical dramas. Mainland Chinese dramas have definitely come a long way. The costumes and cinematography in a number of dramas including Immortal Samsara, Who Rules the World and Love Between Fairy and Devil made an impression on me.

Looking forward to a number of upcoming releases in 2023 including Gyeongseong Creature with PSJ and Han So Hee, When the Stars Gossip with Lee Min Ho and romcom queen Gong Hyo Jin, Queen of Tears with Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, Dr Romantic 3!!, Fox Spirit Matchmaker with Leo Wu and Till the End of the Moon (if/when it will be released).
