i cant stop grinning and ep 5 is definitely a chef’s kiss for me (especially that kiss whoo boy)! as someone who has read BL mangas since 2014… their size difference is DEFINITELY 100% the perfect comparison and the plot? it’s definitely giving me classic japanese BL mangas of early 2010s 😭😭😭 this may be the reason why i liked it so much…. 😫

bigpark’s chemistry is also insane !! i tried watching monster next door but i can’t seem to get into it, but i’ll try watching it again.

also cant help it but fawn over tommy... his hair looks so good on him and it's been a while since i last watched him :") (also this series lowk gave me closure to my mii2 era., thank u for the crumbs🥹)

it was decent it was 7 at best, but phu lifted it to 8, jean was also okay for me too. boss should also do more non-BL roles! he really was the standout in this show! (mind you LITA was a very so-so show for me and i cant even finish TBNW)

despite it being four episodes, it came out as well-paced! seakeen depicting high school boys in love is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! there were no unnecessary obstacles and the two leads’ chemistry works so well!!! it’s what you expect from a four episode highschool BL but so much BETTER!! the romance came out as natural and the conflict was understandable!

cannot wait for seakeen to grow and i hope their fanbase will grow bigger when head2head comes out🙏

side note: sea’s smile is so cute especially the natural curl at each side of his lips 🥹🥹 and even though i was hoping more for the kiss, i hopefully think it’s the director’s choice (since they’re highschoolers experiemcimg first love).. we know that they can REALLY kiss 🫣(flashback to only boo ep 10)

the only downside was that we need more moments of them as a couple but this being an anthology, i can forgive it 🥹

and i just wanna add that the way err is trying to stop himself from smiling like a dork when mawin leaned his head on his shoulder 😭😭😭 AHHH TO BE YOUNG AGAIN AND EXPERIENCING YOUNG LOVE!! they did so well in portraying high schoolers in love🥹🥹

and again… i really wish seakeen’s popularity will grow further in the future🥹 only boo was super good and it only left a small mark in gmmtv’s bl scene despite being one of the better ones..😭

curious as to why this got a high rating despite being the typical college engineering trope, now i’ve watched until the latest episode and i must say that FaiFaWine absolutely and totally outdid the other couples!! I DEVOURED EACH AND EVERY SCENE THEY HAVE! i would never expect them to have the best relationship out of them three!! i may have rate this as 7 if FaifaWine storyline wasn’t here… I just can’t stop smiling whenever they have their moments!! And the direct to the point conversations with no prolonged fights!! YES PLEASE, I WILL EAT THOSE RIGHT AWAY!!

side note: junior’s smile is so contagious! i cant help but smile too😭

sad to see the score going down from 8.5 to 8.3... i understand it may be because of the ending that may leave people confused but this surely deserves a higher rating! the way that i still think about yai and jom every month and how great their love story is makes my heart ache so much

This was a short, cute and wholesome watch! I liked it and thank god they totally changed the story from the original source, if the same exact storyline and personalities were adapted into the live action... whoo boy😭

nose snuggles are my weakness when it comes to showing affection and this series has LOTS of it so i really enjoyed it! can anyone recommend me more series with nose snuggles 🥹

I loved the webtoon so this was a great surprise to me! I love the new additions they did in this series, it expands the story a lot more compared to the webtoon. Looking forward to the following episodes and I hope the story doesn’t spiral down!

I am also looking forward to the development of Tul and Boss’ relationship (since this was not in the webtoon) And hello?! Wdym Boss’ actor is 18 years old? He really doesn’t look 18 to me 😭

The answer is still YES! This series is seriously a gem and a diamond in the rough with many BLs from good to bad airing this year. This is not just a BL, this is a love story between two destined people who met at the wrong time and at the wrong place both literally LMAO

Answer: YES! No hesitations and no doubts! Get your tissues ready and prepare your heart for the ride of a wonderful love story between Yai and Jom!

ATOTS has been my number one BL ever since it aired and no one dethroned it ever since but this came like a bulldozer! IFYLTA knocked ATOTS from the number one spot 😭

And don’t let the ratings fool you! This is not a 8.3, it deserves a 9 AT LEAST! It’s a 10/10 for me but it seriously does not deserve an 8.3!!

YES! TOTALLY YES! Even though there is a season 2 coming, it’s worth watching it!

The amount of tears I have shed throughout this series… It feels like I’ve cried an ocean… This series is seriously the best BL made this year and perhaps in this decade. Though it may not follow the novel throughout, the way they made it very memorable with little to no flaws…. I AM BROKEN.

The directing, casting, acting, the sets, the cinematography, the dialogues.. EVERTHING ABOUT IT IS PERFECT (except for commander yai’s moustache LMAO). I am so happy that we are able to witness this masterpiece, everyone did a great job fulfilling their roles! Big huge props to the ones who did the casting, I can never see anyone acing Yai and Jom’s role than Bright and Nonkul. It was chef’s kiss!

I just want this series to win tons of awards because it really deserves it! I can’t wait for season 2!!
