First kiss on chapter 69. I translated this short passage from when they confirm their relationship+ kissing involved from chapter 75 I'll spoil it in another comment if you want to read.

Jiang Tian turned his eyes to look over before abruptly retracting his stare, saying, "Then no."
Sheng Wang's brain was on fire, burning his ears red. He blinked and turned his head to kiss him.
Jiang Tian restrained himself, letting Sheng Wang touch him in an inexperienced and hurried manner, until the other licked between his lips probingly, only then did he turn his head away to avoid it.
Sheng Wang squinted and saw the knot in Jiang Tim's throat.
A moment later, Jiang Tian turned his head and said, "You really want to spread the infection, don't you?" (Context : he is sick )
"You shouldn't of refused then" Sheng Wang didn't get enough, barely getting a little was not intimate enough.
"Now I accept it" Jiang Tian said.
"Oh, then let's celebrate." Sheng Wang smiled triumphantly, then licked his lower lip and went back to messing with him. He doesn't don't know how many times he kissed him, until Jiang Tian finally became a bit impatient.
He shifted aside slightly, and slid his right hand down the side of Sheng Wang's face to his lower jaw, pushing his thumb against it lightly, turning Sheng Wang's head sideways, kissing the side of his neck.

Restrained yet uncontrollable.

Here is a translation of a passage where they get together in the novel, FOR YOU DESPERATE AND IMPATIENT FOLKS(same though), while praying we get the rest of the story adapted.
I see a lot of people being frustrated and not satisfied with the ending, I get it but I promise it will be worth it, go sign the petition someone posted in the comments and let's make season 2 happen.
This is one of my favorite moments and it really captures their playful dynamic

They kiss before addressing their relationship directly. I forgot details but it was pretty much mutual. SW asked "what are we " first, JT wanted to wait until they graduate before officially asking him to be his bf but SW just went and called him boyfriend lol so he had to agree. Their dynamics are SOOO cute, so many heartwarming lines. Once they crossed that line, there was no holding back and they showed affection very directly. They often kissed in secret everywhere, in classroom, in the dorm etc. They eventually decides to move out together and even prepared to adopt a cat. The dating phase goes on for quite a bit before the time jump...they basically got discovered and both parents disapproved. They were more or less forced to be apart and spent 6 years with no contact (due to one of them changing phone and a misunderstanding). They met again for work and basically got back together immediately, neither got over each other during this time. Since they are both independent from their parents, they could truly be openly together this time. Really hope we get a S2

I'm really frustrated they only filmed this much not gonna lie, they barely scaped the surface of the story. I understand a lot of people not being satisfied with the ending, not everyone likes open endings. I loved Your Name Engraved Herein despite it being sad because it is a complete story. Not everyone likes/want to read the original material either so I'm just so sad they might never see the rest of the story -SW and JT as a couple.

That being said I'm also satisfied with the adaptation overall

This was just the start of their story, so much left that happens in the original novel- it's not one of the most popular BLs in China for nothing. They eventually do get together properly. I'm so frustrated they only filmed this much and ended this way.

They get together soon, spend a good amount of time being super cute boyfriends in secret and were even planning to move out together+ adopt a cat. They got discovered though, their parents were both super against it and it was a huge deal, they separated and went no contact for 6 years. When they met again they were both adults and pretty much got back together right away since they are now independent and their parents can't really do anything anymore.
This season was barely the start, their relationship gets much deeper and they dont hold back their feelings anymore, secretly kissing everywhere. Really hope S2 can happen

Many reasons, for once if he was more known and popular he would of never accepted the role. The quantity of dramas that's been produced every year in China is huge, even if he was lead it doesn't mean anything I've never heard of him before.
Otherwise, China's censorship in BL is more political than anything, so it is taboo to address certain things directly but the people and entertainment world has no problem with it. An exemple is both leads from Addicted, the series that got the BL banned in China, are both doing well now especially Huang Jing Yu, who is very well known. They are banned from appearing together but other than that they have no problem on their own, getting main lead roles and being high profile and respected actors.
So as long as he is smart about his career in China and doesn't openly advertise this show, he shouldn't have a problem. It's really the Chinese government having a problem, not just with BLs but even restricting fantasy elements in media (ex : no ghosts, no time travel, etc). Everyone finds it ridiculous

Sheng Wang's gay awakening is just so fun to watch, he can't control his thirst towards Jiang Tian , to the point he gets sleep deprived. He is the exemple of why adults tell them dating is distracting for studies lol

Probably not, but I have no idea where will they end it. I'm torn between wanting to see them together ASAP but don't want it rushed...there is still quite a lot that needs to happen. It will be tragic if we don't get a season 2, all this build up without an "outcome"

This is so well written, you've put words on what I feel from this episode but can't describe. I'm personally super impressed by JT's actor, he portrayed that scene on bed so well his emotions were pouring out of the screen.

Ohh it's good to know you are satisfied with the adaptation, I feel so bad because of how hard they worked but most original readers hate it. I'm torn because I can see their point, the actors aren't the best chosen and their dynamic is a bit different from the novel for me as well. I do love the series, it's well produced and they have great chemistry- I appreciate both but differently

So there is a time jump, but it happens MUCH LATER in the story, it's nowhere close so EP 12 will definitely not end there( unless they drastically change the story )
It is a slow burn, despite people finding the development slow that is how it goes in the novel as well, they are very slow in crossing that line BUT IT DOES HAPPEN.
They will go through all the necessary confession, getting together, being official boyfriends, etc.
It gets super sweet, no lacking of kisses and what we want to see. Once they cross that line, there is no holding back. It is overall very heartwarming, until the time jump which I won't say more about but they do reunite and get their happy ending. I'm really hoping they don't rush over their lovey-dovey days to get the plot going if there is a season two, SO NOBODY WILL SAY IT'S BROMANCE NO MORE

CLARIFICATIONS about the original story since I see some people being confused and worried wether they will ever get together for real or not :
(Minor spoilers, no details just a quick timeline of their relationship).

Yeah I think they skim over a lot of things already, which is understandable since it is way too slow for a live action. People already complain about the pacing and "lack of romantic development"

As someone mentioned, there is no way the jump happens in this season. It happens much later in the story, they go over proper confession, getting together, being lovey-dovey and more before the time jump.
