This web-drama is going to be made by Global Playlist. I'm a huge fan of this channel. It's just like you said: the episode don't last 1 hour, infortunately. Usually, it's only 25 minutes or less. Depends on the history. But, they also like making more seasons and spin-offs. For example, Love Playlist already has 4 seasons, tomorrow is aring one spin-off, already has one spin off, etecetera. So I hope they are making the whole webtoon.
