On Love Never Fails Apr 28, 2025
FL is a little bit childish but she literally did just become a human like probably a few days ago. The FL’s character is a combination of the yang zi in ashes of love and Esther in a love between a fairy and a devil. This is 40 episode drama, so I’m sure FL will go trial and tribulation and her character will start to develop.

Title In Blossom Spoiler
The ending is quite funny. Viewers always want a HE for the leads, but come to find out, a lot of us who finished the drama actually don’t care about the HE for the leads. Who the heck is number 1?!! Can someone rewatch the whole series and see if there are any clues as of to who? My only guess would be that there are no clues and the producer threw it in last minute to get us talking about the show just like how we would if it wasn’t a HE for the leads. The producers are the true mindmasters. lol

Title A Moment but Forever Spoiler
I love this show for 2 reasons
1. Liu Xue Yi’s acting in expressing the vast of emotions of Yuanzhong.
2. Yuanzhong’s monologues. Growing up in religious Asian household, I can connect with his emotional monologues of being tired of always being told what is the right thing to do and in conflict with what he wants for himself - and if people were to really know him, they wouldn’t accept him. He has a really complex character and I understand that some viewers don’t like how he treats the FL, but you have to understand the ML from his POV. Understanding that he has suffered betrayal and loneliness, it makes sense that he has reservations with the FL. Because whenever something happens that he doesn’t like, he’s not the carefree person that FL wants him to be which is to live out his life care free of stress of the clan wars, rather he withdraws back to his old self. Over the first few episodes, she starts to show him that she will not leave him and he eventually trusts her to be travel with him, but he is always in conflict if she will betray him and leave - cause the only thing keeping him sane are her promises to be with him forever because he really wants it to be true hence why the 2 flowers landing on his hand at the end of his flashback, causing him to stop the punishment of sins.

Who knows how the script will end for the ML and FL, but I think the drama is solely focused on ML’s character development and to keep us on our toes on what he choice he will make at the end.

Title The Perfect Match Spoiler
As stupid and ridiculous as the end break up was I have never seen a break up scene like that before. It was the…
You have to remember that during the breakup, it was not revealed yet that he overheard FehQuing and her mom's conversation. Everything he said made sense from the perspective that she never goes to him with her problems and he has told her numerous times to go to him and not Wei. And for her to not trust with the night market solution, he was really heartbroken when Wei came in to solve her problems again. So without us knowing that he knew about the conversation, everything he said seems reasonable. But with us knowing that he heard that conversation, he had to say those things to her so that she wouldn't be in a dilemma in choosing him or her family - when previously she chose her family over him to solve the night market solution.

I want a storyline of just Film playing Pian, so there's more Pian screentime. (:
