When the series started, I thought these boys were adult but then I find out they’re in school… they aren’t even in class most of the times. just having sex…. the two ml, the sex scenes were hilarious. I know they wanted it to be sexy and provocative but when they have sex, I was laughing. the girls gang were the funny parts of the series… outside of the sex scenes.
actors were cute and hot, but the storyline could’ve been better. the sex scenes were so unnecessary and over the top at times. how many ass shots can you handle in a series? and why don’t any of the parents show up while these kids are having sex??? empty house…
I think the actors were cute but the storyline and acting were just terrible right from episode 1. just too much to handle. had they made the characters more serious, would be a great series, or set it in a school so you could tolerate the quirkiness of the characters.
I tried it when it was airing because of the Hype.Just couldn't get into it then again Xianxia is not my cup of…
same with me. I saw episode 1 and 2 and gave up. I think it was a little silly and dumb for me. I might go back and watch it later for the two male leads…
Anyone can suggest any chinese wuxia, historic drama with bromance theme. No need of BL bromance, but there should…
Ancient Detective. The Silent Criminal. Ancient Detective is my all-time favorite. have been hoping for a sequel. and CDrama will always have a FL because they want that female(s) presence to pass the censor board…
1. they literally didn't even have that much makeup on, you could see the pores on their faces in closed shots2.…
you can clearly see the makeup. it’s not about heavy makeup but you can how cake-like their face look, especially male lead. as for the martial arts, I just don’t like the 13yo/17yo. I think that’s just a major stretch for a character. if it was 23/27, I could handle the storyline. as for appearance, I mentined in anothe post that they should’ve added a scene where he’d look into the mirror and we see a different face staring back at him, with this, the viewer can understand that he isn’t Li. I think they missed this opportunity. telling people the monk did his magic to alter his looks isn’t quite catchy when he goes around looking like his old self regarding his face. I like the series, there are just some stuff I didn’t like.
Bad writing? ;-) Not sure why nobody recognizes him throughout the series, the folks who knew him when he was…
that’s my issue with the series. that’s a lazy excuse because then you see him put on a mask so people don’t recognize him… why? if his appearance has been altered. Also, they should’ve maybe added a scene where he looks in the mirror and see a different face in the mirror. this would have make more logic as why people don’t recognize him.
