I respect you for being able to wait that long!! Glad you enjoy it so far though^^ Fujisaki is indeed a wonderful character that's very supportive, something we don't see a lot in BLs! Especially from female characters... If you can't wait anymore though, feel free to join one of our marathons and watch parties^^
Hey guys, I'm not really sure if I'll be able to do a marathon next week:( I am gonna drive back to my parents' house the evening before so I don't think I'll have time to plan anything in particular... While this last episode definitely wasn't as fluffy or happy (the ending) as the ones we've had before I think it was a very important part of their story. Adachi was bound to have a slip-up and not just because of the dramatic effect it has but for him to realise that he is in fact keeping a huge secret from his lover. I think that was the beginning of his final chapter in his character development. We have seen him gain courage and the respect of his coworkers through the magic and Kurosawa. Now it is finally time for him to make the last step and confront himself with what he can actually do from his own power. Thinking back to my analysis of the opening I did a while ago, I think my theory is confirmed. He had to learn how to climb up (his career path, his personal goals) on his own without any help from others or special magic powers at that. I really commend the writers for how well they tied everything into these few hours of content so far. While I am sad that all this ends soon, I can't wait for Adachi to be a confident man without relying on anything but himself and his abilities.
