Agreed about that. Our ML was so emotional in carrying this burden, and it was a bit much. And I know it’s fiction, but sometimes seeing people beat until being almost unconscious but they can fight then next day; and it happens over and over again, at some point the believability of it takes me out the story.

True, that is an option. It would have been a bit better if he’d been retired and forced to come out of retirement.

I mean I liked it in some respects. Acting, visuals, fighting. But on a deeper level it just lacked some substance. I think I wanted to see them fighting against something more meaningful. Just this obsession with Rain’s character to have this fight was a bit much. Like they’re aren’t a hundred other fighters. And the fights were just was rinse repeat every episode. I mean they were fighting the same people more than once. And how many time are we going to put mom in danger? I still love our protagonists and their friends. And I even enjoyed the villains, the writing was lacking honestly. I wanted more depth then just an underground fighting ring.

While I don’t agree with their comment. How are you going to call someone stupid with that punctuation? You could have had an actual intelligent discourse, instead you sound like a 13 year old girl.

I find they do this purposely in some movies when they want the good guy to be someone else, make everyone else incompetent. I find it annoying too. Some things you need to just accept and let go because it’s fiction, but try for something realistic, because sometimes this type of behavior just takes you out the show.

I know I’m really behind, only on episode 4, but I love the people in the town and how nice they are to the lead characters. I’m figuring they won’t be in the drama later, but it was nice to see the FL have so much support.

Yea she was frustrating. Kind of operated in a gray area. But her acting was superb. She really brought to life how kind of silly and nuts the main mother was.

I just noticed the older woman in the beginning who is a friend to the FL (sorry I’m just starting this and remember no one’s names) was the head mother in he story on Ming Lan. Haven’t seen her in a while, but I don’t want a lot of Chinese dramas, but I really like her.

I will say the drama is a little silly, but I really like the characters and I appreciate the ML isn’t your typical male lead. Cold in the beginning and feigning having no feelings. He’s really kind to her and shows his appreciation.

Agreed, I’d love to support the series but there is nowhere to stream it legally.

Agreed, I saw him and said “not him…” he always has such a cold demeanor. She deserves a better acting partner.

I think eventually it’s gonna come around that people are tired of the BL dramas in Thailand. I’m already exhausted with the plot lines in the poor acting, I don’t watch them anymore. It’s not that I don’t want to watch BL dramas, but I don’t find the production in Thailand is as good as even some of the shorter ones in South Korea.,

Yea, I hope the drama industry in Thailand changes at some point to incorporate more male/female couples. It’s oversaturated with the BL dramas.

Agreed. I used to like the BL dramas. But the more I watched them the plots were sometimes cheesy and the acting became more and more apparent that it was not good. I’ve been looking for some female/male dramas to watch from Thailand and it’s hard to find any. I really would like to watch this one.

I love the actor. I’m so disappointed to hear this drama isn’t good. The plot sounded great and like I said, J like the actor. I was really looking forward to watching it, but I’m not going to bother now.

Is it not as good as you thought it might be? There was a Chinese drama recently that people were raving about and I hated it. I felt like people were just eating it high because they liked the actor. So it was pretty disappointing.

Really excited to start this based off of the preview and comments.

Was going to watch this and had been excited, but from the comments I think I’ll skip. Was really looking for a family type drama with a slow build romance. Sounds like this love triangle ruined it.
