THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST BL OF ALL TIME. I genuinely cant believe how good it is!!! I really thought nothing could beat WBL, but here we are... wow. Just WOW.
Also from the comments you've left around I get the impression that you're some middle age woman from Alabama?…
Wow you take every word quite literally don't you? Endless smut was used as a figure of speech, but hey I guess you take it the way you want to? See I don't get why you feel the need to immediately go so personal and say 'YOUR way'. No, if it was my way this series wouldn't have been made in the first place. The right way would be to not romanticize the rape and put the psycho brother in jail or a hospital. And just because the show is 1/3 doesn't mean you can't predict where the rest is going to go. At the end of the day this is a BL and the two main couples will end up together, which is just wrong. And I'm just gonna say, just because you are enjoying watching someone getting drunk and then getting raped, doesn't make it artistic freedom.

Like I said, correct me if I'm wrong, and I was indeed partially wrong. It's really strange how you were adamant on other peoples comments to prove to them that they watch BLs for filth yet here you are saying you appreciate the simple things like holding hands in BLs..? Confused much? Maybe stop and think that a lot of people appreciate simple things and don't need endless smut in every BL? Young gay men might not be looking for moral guidance, but at the same time they might be very impressionable and sadly learn from what might be portrayed in a film or a show. That is my main issue. Series that are dealing with heavy themes like rape and not addressing it in the right way. There is nothing wrong if the director wanted to include such a theme in their series, but it is the fact that in this particular instance this whole thing is being romanticized and overlooked.
Let us all moderate our criticism and clashes shall we? To all of us, no matter what our opinion is/which side…
The exact words were: ''My son and his step-sister have been married for at least 7 years. Can you give me your number so they can call you to find out how sick and twisted their relationship is?'' This was under someone's comment expressing their issues about step-siblings relationships.
Let us all moderate our criticism and clashes shall we? To all of us, no matter what our opinion is/which side…
The reason why I made such a remark is their reply on someone's comment saying ''should I call my son who's been married to his step sister and tell them about how awful their marriage is.''
I don't agree with your views. First of all from my 7 years of being a bl fan, I have read almost all the famous…
I did say I wasn't going to be reading them... It's rather bizarre how me saying someone is a middle aged woman insulting , yet them replying to pretty much everyone who had something negative to say about this series and saying that people are secretly loving this and will be coming back for more as if it's some sort of fetish is not insulting...

So you are defending the person who commented under pretty much everyones comments saying things like "stop pretending, you know you love it and you'll come back for more"? Are you saying that that is ok? Assuming that everyone who watches BLs has some weird fetish and are pretending to be offended?
I don't agree with your views. First of all from my 7 years of being a bl fan, I have read almost all the famous…
How am I attacking anyone here? I am simply expressing my views on this particular persons views. Also I see you completely missed my point about BL mangas.
To the person (@flypside) in the comments defending this series and asking everyone why they watch bl: Let me…
Also from the comments you've left around I get the impression that you're some middle age woman from Alabama? Please do correct me if im wrong. It really does seem as though you're treating BL as some sort of fuel for whatever kink or fetish you have about gay men, but please have you stopped and thought for a second about the fact that these shows are being watched by actual gay men? Probably young gay men, impressionable gay teens. What sort of message is this show sending them? These boys are not watching this show for the same reasons that you are. They're watching these shows to find something to relate to and to feel included. I do understand that a big portion of this fandom used to be exclusively females, but that is definitely changing. There are a lot of young men watching this and for this show to portray rape in such a light is absolutely unacceptable.
To the person (@flypside) in the comments defending this series and asking everyone why they watch bl: Let me tell you, I could probably count all the bls that romanticised rape on on both my hands fingers. And most of those bls would probably be from the first gen 2010-2018ish. BLs nowadays are much more aware of rape romanticising being an issue. Take lovely writer as an example. Rape has been addressed numerous times in it without the need of the viewer to be shocked. Also I personally have started watching BLs since 2011 so I've seen all kinds of things and my views on certain issues have changed overtime. Yes maybe back in 2015 lets say this drama wouldnt have caused such an outrage because peoples views and awareness were different, but to have this drama realesed in 2021? Simply unacceptable and people like you trying to justify it is simply appalling. I would also like to add that I've always exclusively watched live action BLs and only recently (few months ago) started reading BL mangas and boy was I shocked. I really do not understand why this whole rape thing is so damn prevalent. So lets just say reading BL mangas is not going to be something I'm gonna be doing anytime soon. So if asking people why they watch BLs you meant reading mangas too, then take into consideration the fact that there might be people out there that only watch the live action BLs and have not been exposed to the horrors of some BL mangas or webtoons. I have also seen your comment about the big brother 'consenting' by not objetifying to many things that the little one has done. Let me ask you this, have you not noticed that the bigger brother character is not particularly assertive? Hes being portrayed as this nice, lovely, somewhat a push over person, so of course he is not going to be objectifying to things when its his brothers birthday. Also it is very clear that he truly thinks of his brother as a brother so naturally he wouldn't expect such manipulative malicious intents. Please stop trying to normalise it.
Hahahaha SAME! I rewatched first episode right after finishing the series and started sobbing in the first 5 minutes!
I couldnt relate more! Its now been 3 months since I watched it and I have not watched any other bls since. I got so obsessed I got the english translation of book printed into professional books just so I could read the story.
