I somewhat have to agree, but I always thought Mean/Tin has a good expression when he kisses. He really looks like he wants to devour Can haha. I always thought Can was written to be awkward while kissing, but I agree Plan really doesn't seem to like the kiss scenes, at least in s1 it was passable because he reacted to the kiss and the
right cameraa angles can do a lot. But in S2 it seems like it has gotten worse and I really wish that Plan put those acting skills to good use during the kiss and pretend he's a little into it (like in S1)

But S1 was not better because it was longer it was better because the kiss was handled better. For many people it was a turning point for Can's character. He actually reacted to the kiss by kissing back (even if lots of it was camera angles) and asking Tin if he can kiss one more time really gave us a side of Can we didn't see yet. It's also not just the kiss, it's the mood, momentum, facial expressions, the close up of their hands and body language that made the scene so good. It was not rushed like in S2. I just miss all the nuance of LBC1. It's not only this kiss :( it's everything. Ugh. Also I'm sorry, as much as I love Mark and Techno and Gun, I don't really like the couple. I am only watching for TinCan and because I loved Ae so much in s1 (his storyline is also dissapointing but for now I just focus on TinCan).

I was so dissapointed. All my hopes and dreams crushed. How can they smear the lbc1 perfect couch scene with this kiss scene. Tbh at this point I don't know if it's the writing, the actors, director fault. I don't even care. It's not comparable to how good s1 couch kiss was. The mood was nice in this ep6 but only because of the setting outside at night. But that doesn't save a bad kiss. Also the nephew's acting is so distracting and bad, did they promise someone their kid could have a role in this show or something instead of casting someone. Jeez.

I just act like S1 is canon and the scenes from ep5&ep6 that I did happen to like are extra scenes and that S2 starts next week and not from ep1

I love TinCan a lot. I think I read their parts in the novel and watched their cut parts in LBC on YouTube (but they're deleted now?) a million times. So I had high expectations for this season, but the higher the expectations the harder the fall. I feel the episodes are getting better now, but the editing, color grading, acting, flow, pacing, timing and camera work aren't as good as in LBC 1. Were they on a tight budget? How is this season made by the same person that gave us S1?

And I still don't agree with rebooting the story. They left out the most essential parts like the fights between TinCan, Can's letter but also just everything that made s1 TinCan so good. Can's reaction to their kisses is almost non existent, and his personality is watered down to be more cute (which I do like personally but he wasn't this cute in s1 he was more violent and had balls, he's more shy and cute now?), Tin's coldness is watered down, etcetera. Ofcourse they can't fit all the scenes in one season, but they shouldn't have tried to put LBC 1 storyline in S2 in the first place. Everything just feels rushed. It feels like I'm reading a fanfic . And now we're at ep6 and only half the season is left (but the episodes are so short it might be even less than half a season).I did like some of the new scenes they added, but I said what I said, there is a lot of things wrong with this season and they didn't need to do the retelling. I would not have been this harsh if the retelling was done properly and wasn't such a rushed mess.

I do think ep 5 & ep 6 had some good moments. I really enjoy the cute and new scenes. But it's not enough to be a good show. And I really can't stand the little nephew's acting. Did they just ask their camera man's kid if he wants to try acting once instead of putting effort in finding someone suitable for Phupa.

The mood during the kiss in ep6 was nice but only because the setting was nice. Aside from the setting, the kiss scene was nowhere near amazing and memorable as S1 on the couch. Can didn't react to the kiss at all in the episode today...but it was such an important scene in the last season because it gave us the line "one more time?" before kissing again, which was very impactful because it showed us a new and unexpected side of Can. We didn't get any of that now. He didn't react to the kiss that much and I don't know who is to blame, Plan, the directing, writing, cameraman???

I sound so harsh now and I could go on for another hour, but I'm mostly really sad for thinking this way, I want to like this so bad but I can't. I still love TinCan so my love and dedication to TinCan is what keeps me going through the season and not because it's so good.

We still have half the season left and I hope they will not mess up the new scenes. There are some scenes in the novel I really want to see. I just pray they don't mess it up.

I see both negative and positive reactions, so far I love Oxygen!! I didn't read the novel yet because it raises my expectations too much and from there on I can only end up being disappointed if it differs too much from the original novel.

I like both couples a lot, but I like Phu and Kao the most. Gui and Solo has really pretty scenes, but Solo seems a little stiff but I guess that's just his character? Oxygen is just a lovely BL with all lovable characters, even the annoying girl that films the boys at her café. I think she goes too far, but I don't think it's toxic. I think people that say it's toxic should loosen up a little haha. I am curious to how her relationship will develop (so far the guy seems into her).

I really like her a lot and she's cute but what's the reason she's in EVERY BL drama XD

This is one of my favorite BL series. The love between Ae and Pete is so pure, aside from some jealousy issues (like in any BL). I really enjoyed their love making scenes and romantic scenes together. Those scenes maks my heart flutter so much. Especially Ae, he's such a great man and boyfriend and Perth is a great actor, he's just so convincing as Ae and his acting is so strong. To be honest, Pete was toooo shy for my taste, but I think Saint was really able to showcase his talent because he's able to act like shy boy Pete, but also as as the sassy boy in Why R U, I almost can't believe they're the same people (well same actor, but different role).

The development of TinCan is just as amazing, if not even better but that's because I absolutely LOVE TinCan. I really warmed up to Tin and Can as the series progressed, who would have expected that love or anything could blossom between THOSE TWO characters, but it happened and they really warmed my heart. I'm looking forward to them in S2, I am so, so happy to see more of them. I actually picked up the novel because I couldn't wait ANY longer. I just love TinCan more than anything. Both actors are truly amazing, I don't think anyone else could have been casted as Tin or Can, I wish I could explain this but you just have to see them. They're just so adorable. I keep rewatching their moments on Youtube, I watched it so many times that I can just say their lines now.

All in all, I loved this series so much. I was very happy to see Type & Techno [TharnType] again, even if they were different actors. I didn't care TOO much about the other storylines, mostly because I actually don't enjoy step brother stories that much and I didn't like what Kenkla did to Techno, I absolutely love Gun (actor) and Techno and I just feel like they did him dirty, even if that was written in the original novel....
