Episode 9 was not as good as the last episode but still good and cute. I love to see shameless Can. I could really feel the tension between TinCan and Tul so I'm excited for the next episode and to see more of them. I think I watch their scenes 10 times every episode. Such a cute couple. And it feels like their acting is improving with every episode, it feels more natural :)
The other side couples seem to have vanished, what's the point in them if you don't give them any screentime. I'm only interested in TinCan so I'm not complaining, but if the side couples gets 15 minutes of screentime in the whole show, isn't it better to just leave them out completely? Why put TumTar in the show anyway, their story hasn't really progressed since TharnType, they're not even together in ACTL. They had a purpose in TT but you can leave them out completely in ACTL.
I would have loved to see more of Pond for example or just extra TinCan scenes or even KlaNo/TulHin because they have interactions with the main couple.
Anyway, good episode, confused about the side couples, can't wait to see more of TinCan next time :)
The acting was better I feel due to the fact that they were younger so it felt more natural to see them as college…
@Negin Lee I didn't know!!! Thank you for the explanation. I was like HEY Can's lips didn't even touch his cheek hahaha but I searched on google just now and it seems sniff kissing is aThai thing.
omg finally its getting back on track. the episode ended with a bang and got so emotional listening to the ost…
I keep wondering why not give tulhin their own season. I could watch 13 episodes of them. It feels like their scenes in S2 are too little and too short to tell their story.
They've wasted EVERY new character they've introduced except Mai. The others have been pointless.
Oh my you're right. And TumTar suddenly vanished too this episode. And where was Pond. He was actually on that field with Type in the novel when Can does that thing in front of everyone haha. I don't really care about the side couples though but if they are pointless their airing time should have gone to TinCan!!
Maybe I'm not as critical as I used to be, but this series is not worse or better than most of the BL series out…
Same, I laughed, screamed, giggled, cried (yes I cried tears from happiness because I anticipated this episode for so long haha) and rewatched the scenes again and again. TinCan is such a fun couple to watch.
It is really so bad how they say in comment section? And good rating are only loyal fans? I am quite hesitating…
It gets better as you watch it. I actually think the harshest reviews are from loyal fans because they weren't prepared for the rewritten/retconned story that takes up 6 episodes (the story picks up from S1 after episode 7). And AePete fans hate that Pete/Saint (actor) isn't in ACTL. And I have a feeling the people that give the good ratings are the people who watch ACTL for the first time or were only invested a little bit in LBC and don't really care about the low budget episodes, bad camera work or OOC characters. The ratings improved after episode 7, probably because most Tincan fans were happy to see the story progress and the episodes actually look better (as if they suddenly had a higher budget). You should watch it! Give it a chance. A chance to love :D
Does anyone know how the talent thing work in the industry? Are they contracted to a company and the company chose…
I don't think any LBC or TinCan fan or 2wisher would have accepted a new actor for Tin haha. I don't think he was forced, he said himself than Tin is one of his most favorite roles:)
I think everyone wished for better (more passionate) scenes. Second seasons are always a downgrade.
I think Plan and Mean are just not very comfortable with those kind of scenes. I already knew this would be what we would get. Especially from Plan, he's very stiff, he just doesn't like those love making scenes. I can feel it through the screen. I hoped for a little more steamy scenes but it is what it is. I'm still super happy with the cute scenes in the bed. But I stopped hoping for more steamy or sexy love making scenes haha.
Agreed!!! I was cringing so hard the whole episode, so glad it’s not just me T_T The other comments make me…
I can understand where you're coming from :) TBH to me it feels like it suits his character because he says what he thinks or feels without a filter! But I understand that it may be embarrassing to hear this innocent Cantaloupe talk about sex so easily hahah
Possibly too many fans feel the same way about him. So in order to boost his image as a lead in a series the company/manager…
Can is not that sex obsessed he just enjoys sex a lot and has great stamina (in novel). So he doesn't just want to please his top. Also he actually gets in a lot of trouble (in novel) because he can be a pretty shitty boyfriend to Tin without meaning to. Forgetting important dates, breaking promises etcetera. Doesn't sound like someone who wants to please his top? You should read it yourself, the novel is really great. I didn't read the AePete parts though. Just the TinCan
