... but wanting them to be more physically affectionate isn't the same as saying we want "sex and heated kisses."…
Totally agree with Fresh Kicks. Why do some people automatically equate intimacy with sex? (If we needed to see sex scenes then we would have watched porn instead and not BL). Since it's a romance story, is it too much to ask for a lot of on-screen chemistry? I mean, the series started out good in this area but eventually it somehow diminished later on. I had high hopes especially on the director since he was the one who also helmed Senior Secret Love and Kiss me Again.
I finally watched the last episode. It was ok, it wasn't the best ending nor the worst. Actually, to me it felt…
My gosh! I felt the same way. I even felt that they had more chemistry in the start of the series compared to the ending. The ending really was underwhelming sad to say.
The ending was a joke T_T Literally seems like Sarawat only wanted Tine back so he wouldn’t have to pay the…
I agree. I was even more shocked to know that the director was the same one in Kiss Me Again. Where was the chemistry and intimacy between the couple especially in the last few episodes? (Btw, I don't mean sex when I say that. There are other BL series which have more romantic excitement even the torrid kissing scenes to say the least.) It's just a shame coz the story and the actors had potential. Oh well.
To sum up my feelings for this series - Kinilig. Pinaasa. Nakulangan. (Tagalog) - In other words, I was made romantically excited, then made me expect (good things between BrightWin) but in the end it fell short. A sex scene or torrid kissing is not necessary by the way. At the very least, a romantic story (even in BL) must have good on-screen chemistry between the main characters. We need intimacy and chemistry between the characters. It started off good but eventually went pffft later on. Ugh!
(Made us giddy. Made us expect more. But fell short in the end.)
