I dont usually watch romcom too (i think this is more slice of life with romcom elements tbh), I just happen to see people talking about this show so I thought why not. It's really so good so far (im updated to the latest episode), I underestimated how much I can love it.

And i also agree with a comment here, if the girl annoys you, bruh! ignore her lmao there are other in the cast to really love! Tang San, Ou Si Ke, Ni Rong Rong are my faves for this, honestly the rest of them make the drama worth it, even the villains (the evil queen whatshername? i saw her very little but i kinda loved her). Like i still cant believe all those episodes went by so fast.

The CGI is amazing, literally beyond its level for what i expect from CGI of a cdrama, it looks very hollywood and can stand on its own against others of that caliber. The characters are so loveable. Acting is also good, I loved everyone honestly, the male lead and also the supporting characters. Everyone had their own storyline. If you read and watch a lot of western fantasy the “magic system” and how they work that in to the storytelling is something you would enjoy watching too. Someone said it’s like if the Avengers mix with anime like Pokemon, and I kinda agree! It does have that feel. It’s not hard to understand yourself tho even if you are a beginner because it’s told in a way that makes it easy for you to grow into the world. Overall feels fresh and different, and I’d say for that many episodes? I barely noticed them go by, the pacing is fast (imo thats good!) and the way they split the arcs helps greatly. Anyway go watch it! ??
