I was hesitant to watch this but PHJ is my main so I gave it a go and I didn't regret it. It's a good mix of humour, workplace and business conflicts, and those bromance moments between Yeol Chan and Man Shik are really hilarious, also those hint of romance (!!) and those cute banters between Jun Soo and Tae Ri!! Everyone has their flaws and goals, but in the end, it was resolved and all worked out for them. Usually, I would have asked for more when it comes to the ending but I was satisfied with this. I realized how difficult and scary it is to find and keep a job especially for interns and contract workers. ANYWAY, it's a 10/10!!

Finally! I come across an article that explains my dropping-drama syndrome. If I was the same as I was back then, I would probably watch and finish every drama release every year, but unfortunately I'm not anymore. I've been very picky with the dramas I watched since there are dramas that set a high standards. I used to like fairy-tale like, opposite-attracts, highschool dramas and the such, but now, what I need is something I could easily relate to and feel emotionally or mentally attached with dramas. The first episode is very critical for me. I would drop it if I can't see where it's headed (non-spoiler wise ofc). Some people say to give some dramas a chance until like 4th episode but I just couldn't. Although there were dramas that I gave reasonable chance of retries, and thank god they're worth it. And for me to find dramas, I, now, search for top recommendation from different blogs/articles, or I use filters here on mydramalist and go through review/comment sections to find some underrated hidden gems. So far, it's really efficient. :))

i always thought coming back home after everything is over would be heartwarming but here i realize that a welcome-home and i'm-home could be this heartbreaking. T-T

Ahhhh it deserved another season. I thought I wouldn't be interested in it but I found myself binge watching it.

i wish it would have another season. i would really want to know more about Denzaburo and why he ended up the edo period

Is there any other japanese drama that's closely similar to this oneeee? i'm really enjoying the mix of humour and suspense here
