LYS may be the greenest ML of all green MLs. He's essentially a forest, just like his name. I loved that he was so patient, gentle and respectful of NXG. I loved their intellectual banter. I loved the growth of their relationship, especially the mature and non-toxic way of handling relationship issues. The support they had for each other was so endearing. I wished the wedding scene was actually a wedding scene. But despite that, I'm glad they gave us a glimpse of their life post-marriage and also with their daughter; the dialogue and interactions as parents was so heartwarming. More dramas should definitely show life after marriage. The dating era+ made me forgive all of the slowness at the beginning and SML's gloomy facial expressions. 😂 Overall, SWL and maimai did a fantastic job. This is actually my first drama watching SWL and I'm hooked. His visual is 🔥🔥🔥

Yeah I'm sure it'll come out sooner or later. I have a lot of friends that as adults have avoidant personalities and it takes them foreverrrrrrr to address any issues so I can empathize for a 16-17yo kid. Also, not seeing a friend for 5+ years is a bit tough...and then you start back off on the wrong foot, it's hard to bounce back from all of that. So it looks like he's kinda trying to avoid conflict and wanting to instead just start new. But it doesn't work that way unfortunately and that's something that he will have to learn to face.

The quickness and vagueness of his scenes/flashbacks kinda mimicks the action of suffocating? That's how I interpreted it.

I feel like he's very guarded and doesn't know how to express himself very well; very introverted and has trouble communicating since he had been "suffocating" his entire life. So being able to kinda open up during that short time period in the countryside and then whisked away to the city once again, has made him go hiding again in his shell. It'll take a lot of time and patience to see that growth and evolution from his teenage years to adulthood. I feel for him. & I can't wait to see that change and growth.

That was hands down the best drunken scene I've ever seen in cdrama. So many needed confessions. And I love WYF's drunken voice.
