How is it believable that someone like JP is still single. Even after 3 years? Either the girls around him are…
That's exactly it. Because SDM isn't clear with HJP about her obsession with NDS, HJP still feels he has hope. She's stringing him along as her spare tire.
So unfortunately for HJP, all he can do is wait...
Happy because they are stretching out the inevitable? It's just another sorely weak plot point, placed to prolong…
It was quite uncharacteristic.
What I don't like is how the writer spends 5-6 episodes fleshing out this complex and amazing character in HJP, only to deconstruct and simplify his complexity.
As of now, HJP has been relegated to your typical villain trying to stop the power of true love, blah blah blah...

They are showing that HJP is the aggressor and NDS is the innocent lamb. It's a clear literary portrayal of good vs evil.
In the time skip, they have shown NDS growing, which was expected, but we didn't expect that they would let HJP not only devolve, but also become petty and jealous.
Actual mountains that people can see, then the emotions make sense. Fake mountains, artificially placed there, audience will not empathize with.
Ep. 13 seemed like a new drama completely, there is so much disconnect from the previous 12 episodes, it may as well have a new title.
I don't really know what to say. I like Do San and want to see him happy, but come on guys you are bashing him…
Happy because they are stretching out the inevitable? It's just another sorely weak plot point, placed to prolong the series. This series could easily have been wrapped up in 12 episodes, but so many filler plots.
Ep. 13 was all about NDS good, HJP bad. It is the will of the writer, and so it shall be done.
People are frustrated that their biggest fear will be coming true, the writer will use HJP for a villain arc that is stopping true love.
Plus it's always frustrating to see time skips that just magically fixed everything.
Then you add the forced invisible mountain that are blocking SDM and NDS, that literally no one is buying, and you get negative feedback.
I cried in this episode, not because I felt the amazing love between NDS and SDM, because I didn't.
No, I put myself in HJP's shoes, and felt his absolute frustration, to work the courage to do something that finally benefits you, after being selfless for so long, only to have it taken away at the last minute.
I felt, his fear, on how his newfound happiness would soon disappear.
I literally felt his happiness slowly seep out of him and wash away into nothingness.
I mean he's only driving the entry level Mercedes Benz...
So unfortunately for HJP, all he can do is wait...

Nothing wrong with liking the character we support. If it really makes you bothered, you can start blocking some of the comments.
And I love the reference to the Han River view apartment. It's a clear dig at HJP.
So it takes SST boys three years to outdo what took HJP at least 15-20 years to achieve.
I hate how the writer thinks he is God and just throws HJP around like a rag doll.

Oh please... so many people in the world have real problems, and these two crybabies are crying over literally nothing...
The mood got ruined by sour faced NDS. ugh...

That is why I cried tonight.
