At this point, it doesn't matter if they redid the whole drama, or made it less controversial. The damage was already done, and nothing the writers/directors can do at this point but to just let it ride, and take the black mark on their resume.

Once you scorn a Knetz, they hold the grudge for quite a while.

If you consider that almost everything the FL knew about him prior to Ep. 3 was a lie, and he is basically showing who he really is in Ep. 4-5, then I think the situation can still fall under the requirements of Stockholm Syndrome.

I think the writer wanted to write the characters as grey characters, but Game of Thrones this is not.

the political arc and writing is a hot mess.

Best to ignore it if you want a chance of enjoying the drama at all. Just too much dangerous ideologies in the drama, best to ignore it.

Everyone is praising the main leads acting a lot and I'm 4 episodes in but i don't exactly know which part/scene…
I think it's because some of the supporting characters are acting their hearts out, that the main couple are kind of looking subtly staid in comparison.

The overacting of some of the other supporting cast, has created some disconnect with the acting of the rest, as if the director is just letting everyone do what they want in terms of acting.

The illogical scenes, might just be because the writer has no idea or very little experience with the spy genre.

If you've watched other spy movies/drama or any action drama, the actions of all the characters are quite dumb in itself.

I don't think the writer knows the genre very well.

Young Ro dying would be too cruel, she is only 20 years old at that time. Soo Ho dying is more realistic.

A lot of the things happening so far are kind of illogical.Best to stretch your imagination a bit.
it's 90 minutes per episode, it's not an easy task to write free flowing and tight script.

If they shortened to 1 Hour 10 minutes, we may be seeing better results.

I am guessing the longer run time must be a requirement from Disney or Sponsors.

The death of Han felt undeserved and more just a plot device to move the plot along. So much emphasis was placed on Prof Han only to waste it.
