Isn't like because of her, Cheoljong family got killed and child Cheoljong also almost died? She revealed the hiding location of his family to her father or Kim Clan (just I assume). I believe So Young's father also involved in that case, based on how he responsed on Cheoljong's reactions about the well in ep 8. This was so ill-fated relationship between them. And, Hwa Jin deceived and took credit of saving his life. Sigh.... So unfortunate!
I feel so bad for the King. He is just caught up in both Kim Clan and Jo Clan. He is being used by both Clans. And, among the very few people he can trust, his own brother will probably betray him later, HJ is just faking and using him. Only his best friend (hopefully) will stay with him till the end. His whole life was always in tragedy. Please let the King to have a happy ending he deserves. And, Kim Clan sent the queen to him as a pawn. I know the queen was also used by her own clan. But, her condition is much better than him, she has a loving father & loyal maids.
I keep watching the little kiss scene between Our King and Queen in Ep 4. Anyone noticed he moved so fast to kiss her/ feed her right after drinking the tea? That was so smooth My King! I can't help but fall for Kim Jung Hyun in that scene.

No, I mean Leukemia/Cancer is such an old classic K-drama thing. It's so outdated. I thought this thing was no longer used these days. Still here we got it. The last drama we had main lead with Cancer was Uncontrollably Fond, with KWB. KWB later diagnosed with Cancer irl, I'm glad he could recover successfully.
Jun is so damn hot with glasses at the airport in the end of ep 14. I know I should feel sad over RaraJun separation, can't help but notice how hot he is with those glasses. LJW should wear glasses everyday.

Love triangle is a common thing in K-drama. I don't always say no to this. This reminds me of Dream High, also this writer's work. The writer Park Hye Run is very famous, I know she mostly cast LJS as ML in her dramas. In Dream High case, all of the casts were rookies at that time, so it worked fine. Now, in Startup, ML's fans and SML's fans are in the fight. I'm so sicked of these fanwars.

I find his backstory is strong and fruitful. The writer is giving a lot of chances to make SML shine. In character-wise, I find both of second leads characters are stronger and more practical than both main leads.

Do you remember when Rara asked Jun what his dream is and Jun answered he doesn't have a dream now anymore, but in the past he had a dream (I think that being a doctor, not just his family legacy).
