Commenters who says this was boring just did not really read the novel. I would say that the writing made the novel justice as it should be. One of the few novels who respected the writing of the original works. I think Bai Lu really did good as ShuYi . Well, considering how the novel states ShuYi as a character with a lot of facial expressions, she really showcased a lot. Dylan was good but I would have preferred he switched roles with Miles Wei. Miles has got him overpowered on this one. Both him and Bai Lu got the chemistry but I really feel Miles would be the ideal ShiYan.
