For me, this has been hands down one of the best series of this year: yes, it wasn't perfect, but it kept me glued to the screen from start to finish and had so many great things!
Great acting from the leads, amazing chemistry, beautiful OST, nice cinematography and some great dialogues with some scenes that I will remember for a very long time! Loved all the characters, the only issue was with the villains BUT... we cannot have everything, can we?

I will miss them so much, I really hope we can get more series from these boys, and also more series where the "BL" is toned down in favour of a nice and interesting plot.

10/10 and I know I'll rewatch it pretty soon!

PS.: can we be gifted of a special episode with ThirdTon, pretty please? =D

Better than first episode, with some nice scenes (the ending of ep2 with the knocks was so on point!) but still pretty chaotic. I really don't understand how they put scenes together, there's no flow from one moment to the other.

Tutor is one of the most aethereal human beings I've ever seen, he looks as a nowadays Thai aphrodite.

Loved the chinese wuxia-style moments tho'! Hope we get more!

How loud were they talking during that “you like….” scene for Jane to be holding his breath and watching…
Jane definitely knows! :D

Another great episode, probably one of the best up to now - it keeps flowing so naturally, balancing the leads' scenes, the workplace scenarios, the comedy elements and the friends dynamics.

The make-up and style department did a wonderful job on all the cast, but View and Off both look particularly astonishing! And JaneRyan scene had my heart melt... I love how simple yet relatable everything feels.

No you aren't the only one several people pointed that out, even I see it sometimes
Thank you! That saves my crazy little braincells.

Ok - this is great and the cast is doing an amazing job. I didn't recognize JJay at forst sight and I must say, even with those little mustaches, he does not look old enough for the role (mind me it's not a critic, I love him anyway).

Question, huge and fundamental for my sanity: am I the only one seeing First (Kanaphan) in Jes? They have similar facial features AND the same voice!

I haven't watched this but I've watched Love in Translation about a year ago. I couldn't remember anything except…
It's the same director and yes, the mood is similar - if you liked it, you'll love this one.
Hope we get more and more "action m/m lovestories" kind of dramas!

She's his family. She loves and cares about him, and wants to help him. I don't see how that's intrusive. I wish…
What episode are you on? Her character was pretty intrusive in the beginning but she has a wonderful growth in the second half of the show, she really is the best of friends being San's help and Wee's support... and I loved this, because she is young and carefree at the beginning but she soon realize the situation and shows all her strenght.

For me this is a lakorn lmaoNo wonder it's on one31D and same director of To Sir, with love if I'm not mistaken
Yes, and also of "Laws of attraction" which I also loved... TSWL is another amazing drama, I'm loving this thing from one31 of doing "normal dramas but with a gay couple" (pardon me the wording)... hope they keep it up because that's exactly what I needed: good stories and plots, where the leads are lgbt but that's not the whole point of the show. They're working on another adaptation of a story by Sammon, so fingers crossed!

I will be so sad for this to finish, but at the same time I'm happy they made only 10 episodes because everything…
I think next episode Vee will get shot to protect San, as we've seen... BUT this time he'll get saved by Doctor Third in hospital - as a redeeming action throughout lives, and also as a sign that times have changed so medicine overcomes "rites" and they can live their life peacefully and happily in nowadays world, and be in love as VeeSan rather than WadSan.

I will be so sad for this to finish, but at the same time I'm happy they made only 10 episodes because everything fit perfectly without stretching the story.

This is probably one of the shows that had me most enthralled in ages: the last ones that kept me on the hook so much were NotMe, Triage and Manner of Death.

These two episodes were an amazing acting show: I was always on the verge of crying. Kudos to DaouOffroad and to all the cast! I'm actually loving Doctor Third and Pond is always a great actor too!

Everytime an episode airs, I find myself thinking "this must be my favourite episode up to now"... and then next week comes, and I'mma say the same thing again of the new episode.

Up to now everything is flawless: dialogues, cast, atmospheres, music, acting, storytelling, direction... it's so smooth and soft and deep and real and relatable... JP has such a unique and precious way of telling stories!

I love this BL so much! I enjoy watching series where one of the main characters is deaf. I've already watched…
Thank you for sharing your story! <3

If you've never watched it, the most "classic" drama with a deaf female lead is Orange Days. It's and old drama (2004, Japan) but it's an evergreen... and, all the cast is amazing.

It’s just the first episode so I’m gonna give it a chance to prove itself but idk, I’m not too sure about…
Yeah, the events feel disconnected, as in: "why are they are? why are they doing this? what happened?"...
If they want to dare with a new concept, they should try to hire a nice writing team that knows how to put things together.
On Battle of the Writers Aug 1, 2024
Uhm - the premise sounds new and interesting, and the classical costumes looked great... but the acting is pretty cringe and the events are told in a very disconnected and confused way.
The plot sounds cool tho', so I'll stick to it for a few episodes and see if the direction straightens a bit.
On Meet You at the Blossom Jul 28, 2024
No excuse whatsoever, but - remember that in those times, r@pe was normal, as were child marriages, multiple marriages, concubines, m/m s€x servants and so on.

That said - I don't like and empathise with any of the two main characters - actually I find the 2+2 bodyguards more amusing. AND the overacting is a bit cringe. But such a brave production deserves recognition - and the story itself is intriguing. So I'm sticking to it.
