There is not another broken heart emoji on the viewing guide, so I remain hopeful they do not break up.
I think they have hide their relationship because they are on opposing teams. That’s where some of the conflict will be. According to a comment farther down, someone takes a photo or a video of them kissing & they come out in the open about them dating. This will most likely happen in eps. 29& 30 according to the viewing guide.
The other conflict might be between Grunt & DT, because at some point, they do lose to SP & Grunt will get frustrated.

Ep. 10 stressed me out so much. I feel so bad for Wu Bai. Solo was calculating in what he did. Ep. 11 will break my heart but at least it will be done.
