6 episodes in and I finally started to hate it: long pauses everywhere (basically stretching the screen time without anything happening), the annoying and at first strong FL becomes even more annoying and suddenly weak, interesting story points are dropped (like the blog thing and the anonymous reader), the ML was funny and charming in the beginning and now I don't get his character at all, the love triangle is boring. And I also feel that it deviated a lot from the theme that the title and the trailer were suggesting.
I am enjoying it a lot more than I expected because usually, I prefer realistic dramas. It's very relaxing and comforting to watch.
One of the rare cases where cross-dressing looks at least vaguely believable (you can even find male characters around with small figures and smooth faces like hers).
It's a really intense and weird experience. I was on the fourth episode and questioning why I'm watching this when there is almost nothing I like in dramas in it.. but I was glued to the screen.
And that is exactly the reason I made a promise to myself to not watch an airing drama again! Even though I really…
Funny, this is exactly why I switched to watching airing dramas. If I am not that interested to wait or I need to skip a lot of scenes then why do I need to watch it at all..
these days I prefer to watch ongoings - no chance to fall into a binge and ruin my sleep schedule or spend the whole weekend on the couch - it is easier to drop those I am not really excited about when there are breaks and my attention switches to something else. If it is finished, I abuse fast-forwarding to try to get the meaty bits out of the boring stew and simply cannot stop.
As a person living with a more prominent scar on her face I found this very difficult to watch. Lucky me, I live in a very different culture. It's extremely hard for me to believe people somewhere would be so judgemental of a defect like this and I hope that the drama is a bit over the top in this regard.
Smiled throughout the first episode and did not fast forward, this is a good sign. It's quirky, I liked both main characters: ML is not a jerk but not overly nice, FL is not a crybaby or pushover but also quite sweet aand relatable, I predict a lot of funny moments and good chemistry.
I waited for this drama so much, really loved the trailer. But after 7 episodes I am going to drop it. I really don't get the character motivations, editing is really weird, scene pacing is off, and the dubbing is just a bad icing on a bad cake. It's really really sad.
