He is a very righteous character, perfect son and soldier except he surrendered to the enemy (TTJ) to avoid massive casualty from an unnecessary war. Totally agree that Geng Ye Ting did very well considering his young age and most probably lack of acting experience. A job well done 👏👏👏

I can't cos MY SJ story hurts me a lot.

From the many dramas that I've seen which showcases a great family that is the pillar of the nation such as General Ye's family, they always end up getting killed due to the King's stupidity, paranoia, or just backstabbed by other corrupt ministers.

1. YQY is a smart boi to consider the safety of his men and the civilians by accepting to work for TTJ. The Sheng emperor is stupid and selfish anyway. Boi is smart with his loyalties.
2. TTJ clearly missing YXW when YQY asked about his sister.
3. YXW found a good family for YFY and told her to go to HengYang Sect if she wanted to learn magic spells. This ain't the end for YXW and YFY.
4. Fast-forwarded Sheng King and YBC scenes.
5. We now see YQY in black armour as he stands with TTJ, compared to white armour during his service for Sheng King.
6. Seeing MY holding the clam shell tight brings back sad memories... TTJ can't hide his happiness to see his beloved YXW whom he had been searching high and low for. The relief and smile when he sees her alive. ❤
7. Bo' Re life dream begins. Buckle up your seat belts and get loads of tissues ready 😭
