If he is the bad man then he won't be stupid enough to say bad things in front of him. He can easily be a two faces person. Also the person playing the father has never been played good characters. And how the security old guy came running to him after the loan shark called someone also seems suspicious.

Comedy is only there to ease the seriousness of the drama. And Yeonwoo’s character also looks like someone to ease the seriousness in the drama. Though it can change in the future.
