That trash Yu Seong I never liked him from the start…
…he is telling ML “if u love someone, set them free. Find someone better” and this B*TCH is hung upon some girl. Even though this is a drama and they will probably make it that girls fault that she left him. But she literally should thank God for leaving him.
When they introduce the nerdy guy’s character in the drama, they clearly describe him as a weirdo or someone…
I just saw the preview for Episode 5. The nerdy guy said he would nip this relationship in the bud. So, now I can see things going two ways: either we get a funny/cute storyline of him trying to break the leads up, or he starts getting on everyone’s nerves and becomes too much to handle.
Episode 4 was SO good. But that nerd guy… OMG, what’s his deal? Why does he hate the FML so much? He’s always…
When they introduce the nerdy guy’s character in the drama, they clearly describe him as a weirdo or someone who’s a little crazy. But let’s look at things from his perspective. He applied to the lab when there was supposedly only one position left, only to find out that another person, who isn’t even from his field and doesn’t know anything about robotics, got in alongside him.
On top of that, he sees the other guys around him trying to accommodate the female lead and give her special treatment. Sure, he’s nitpicky, but apart from a few situations, I don’t see much of a problem with his personality so far.
I do think spying on the ML is wrong, though. But he lives right across from him, and we’re not shown that he’s constantly spying on him. He just happened to see the ML getting into a woman’s car. Honestly, if you know someone and see them getting into a woman’s car, it’s natural to be curious about who she is, especially at that age.
So, apart from the spying, I don’t think the nerdy guy has done anything particularly wrong yet. He’s clearly trying to prove that he’s the better candidate for the position in the lab. He puts in extra effort, shows up on time, and tries to do his best. Meanwhile, the people around him keep telling him to be nice to the female lead and accommodate her.
He even questioned the ML about why he should give the female lead special treatment just because she’s a woman. And honestly, I don’t think that’s an unreasonable question.
I agree that he’s a weirdo, and he can definitely be too blunt, but I don’t see anything particularly wrong with his personality so far. He’s not getting on my nerves at all at this point.
One thing I’ve noticed in these romance dramas directed by the Late Ahn Pan Seok is that one of the leads usually has a situation or background that society might not approve of.
For example, in Something in the Rain, the female lead is older than the male lead and is also his sister’s best friend. In One Spring Night, the male lead is a single father. In The Midnight Romance in Hagwon, the female lead used to tutor the male lead when he was younger, creating a teacher-student dynamic between them.
I’ve noticed this common theme in his dramas, where the couples face some kind of social stigma or an unconventional situation that makes their relationship difficult for society to accept.
Yeah they showed that she got shot but didn’t show the body being burried. And the bullets don’t seem to work in this drama here. The cake guy got shot in the middle and was still flying around😂, also that Suzuki guy is not shown dead even though he too got shot.
And the FL as we know is apparently an orphan. So she will either be So Ran’s daughter or somehow connected to Sato Shinichi/his wife (whom he probably killed).
